遼寧岫巖滿族自治縣農(nóng)村初中英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與研究

  近年來,我國提出建設(shè)教育公平,推動城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展。農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育得到了越來越多的關(guān)注。岫巖滿族自治縣是遼寧省的一個貧困縣,該縣基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展較為落后,英語教學(xué)仍不能適應(yīng)課程改革的要求。因此,對該縣英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究顯得十分必要。本調(diào)查不僅可有助于全面了解和掌握當(dāng)?shù)赜⒄Z教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,也可為當(dāng)?shù)亟逃姓块T制定有關(guān)英語教育政策提供調(diào)查依據(jù)。本研究以教學(xué)要素多維分析理論、建構(gòu)主義理論為理論依據(jù),以《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(2011年版)為指導(dǎo),對岫巖縣農(nóng)村初中英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,分析現(xiàn)存問題產(chǎn)生的原因并提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。本研究以岫巖縣北部五所初級中學(xué)為樣本,綜合運(yùn)用問卷法、訪談法和課堂觀察法,從課時安排、教學(xué)資源、師資力量、學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、教師課堂教學(xué)、教學(xué)評價幾方面入手,對這幾所農(nóng)村學(xué)校的英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,岫巖縣初中英語教學(xué)存在的問題有教學(xué)資源不足、教材偏難、師資力量薄弱、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣低且基礎(chǔ)薄弱、課堂教學(xué)低效、評價不合理等。導(dǎo)致這些問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因有:英語教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)偏低、家長對孩子英語學(xué)習(xí)不重視、農(nóng)村學(xué)生缺少英語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、應(yīng)試教育的消極影響、學(xué)校和教育主管部...
