《英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》（UK Corporate Governance Code）是由英國(guó)財(cái)務(wù)委員會(huì)制定的,用于對(duì)英國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)、審計(jì)以及精算等相關(guān)工作進(jìn)行規(guī)范的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)�！队�(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》規(guī)定了董事會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)及效力、薪酬、問(wèn)責(zé)制以及與股東關(guān)系等方面良好實(shí)踐的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在英國(guó),所有股份溢價(jià)上市的公司,無(wú)論其是否在英國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)成立,均需依據(jù)《英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》報(bào)告其在年度報(bào)告和會(huì)計(jì)賬目中的遵守情況。由此可見,《2016英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》對(duì)于英國(guó)公司而言是非常重要的。當(dāng)前最新的《英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》是發(fā)布于2016年的4月,目前國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于這部《規(guī)范》還沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)比較全面的翻譯。因此,本文作者決定對(duì)2016年4月發(fā)布的《英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》展開翻譯。就內(nèi)容而言,《英國(guó)公司治理規(guī)范》是一本關(guān)于公司管理的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。在本次翻譯過(guò)程中,作者以相關(guān)翻譯理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合企業(yè)管理、人力管理、財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí),展開了本次翻譯工作。在本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告中,作者首先對(duì)本次翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)明扼要的闡述,并對(duì)翻譯原文本的特征等進(jìn)行了較為明晰的論述。然后,在本文的第二章部分,作者對(duì)本次翻譯實(shí)踐的過(guò)程做了一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的回顧,以幫助讀者更好...
