《習近平談治國理政》（第二卷）收錄了習近平總書記從2014年至2017年三年期間一系列重要講話,旨在向國際社會介紹中國的發(fā)展理念、發(fā)展道路、方針政策,是世界看中國的重要窗口。該書第二卷英文版自2017年11月7日出版以來,已陸續(xù)發(fā)行到世界100多個國家和地區(qū),受到了海內(nèi)外讀者的廣泛關注與高度好評,是進行翻譯研究的良好樣本。習近平總書記在講話中,善于引經(jīng)據(jù)典、旁征博引,運用了大量具有中國特色的政治術語、古詩文引語、四字成語以及膾炙人口的俗語等,形成了獨具特色的“習式話語”。在翻譯這些特色話語的過程當中,如何做到政治文獻翻譯的準確性,同時再現(xiàn)獨特的中國語言文化魅力與習總書記個人風格,對譯者來說是一個極大的挑戰(zhàn)。作為時政文本,《習近平談治國理政》（第二卷）的英譯具有政治敏感性的特點,追求內(nèi)容的準確性和傳播的有效性。在翻譯這些政治話語的過程中,譯者既要準確傳遞原文信息,又要盡量保留原文的文化特色和政治特征。這就要求譯者適應雙語翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境,進行動態(tài)適應和選擇,并從語言,文化和交際等維度考量譯文的表達,這就是本研究為何選擇生態(tài)翻譯學理論作為理論支撐的緣由。以往對政治文本的翻譯大多是從政治學、功能...
