本文是一篇英譯漢翻譯實踐報告,翻譯項目的原文為美國丹尼森大學環(huán)境研究學教授Douglas Spieles所著《環(huán)境保護主義:從生物進化和社會演化視角看環(huán)境問題》（Environmentalism:An Evolutionary Approach）一書中的第二章“環(huán)境保護主義的多種維度”（“Dimensions of Environmentalism”）,于2018年Routledge出版社出版。該書以廣角的視角向大家解釋了不同的環(huán)境世界觀,包括他們的起源、存在的共性、爭論點,以及它們對現(xiàn)代環(huán)保運動的影響。作者認為環(huán)境問題是生物進化與社會文化進步的產(chǎn)物,通過進化角度理解環(huán)境問題,可以讓人類對其有更新的認識。眾所周知,現(xiàn)如今環(huán)境問題是人類所要迫切解決的問題,人類的發(fā)展、存亡與環(huán)境息息相關(guān)。本翻譯項目所選書目角度新穎、內(nèi)容豐富,對環(huán)境保護方面的研究有著重要貢獻,具有較高的翻譯價值和實用價值,同時也使人們提高環(huán)境意識,加強人們對環(huán)境的重視。本報告分為五個部分。第一章是翻譯項目介紹,包括項目的背景、意義和整篇報告的結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章是對原文文本的分析,包括作者介紹、書籍出版信息、主要內(nèi)容以及原文語言特...
