　　本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。翻譯原文選自《小恐慌:直面焦慮生活》（Little Panic:Dispatches from an Anxious Life）第三章和第四章。該書(shū)由美國(guó)作家（Amanda Stern）所著,是作者生動(dòng)且令人心碎的回憶錄,講述了作者20年來(lái)如何受到未被確診的焦慮癥影響的經(jīng)歷。根據(jù)卡特琳娜·賴斯的文本類型理論,原文為信息型文本,該類文本的翻譯以準(zhǔn)確傳遞原文信息、確保譯文可讀性為宗旨。譯者在翻譯過(guò)程中遇到了幾個(gè)問(wèn)題。一是原文簡(jiǎn)單單詞的含義在語(yǔ)境中發(fā)生遷移,而遷移后含義不是單詞的常用基本含義;二是文化負(fù)載詞的翻譯;三是暗喻和借喻的翻譯;四是長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯。為了提升譯文作為傳記文體這種信息型文本的可讀性,譯者在解決翻譯問(wèn)題過(guò)程中,既要準(zhǔn)確理解傳達(dá)原文含義,也要盡量使原文譯文風(fēng)格一致。所以,本翻譯報(bào)告以尤金·A·奈達(dá)（Eugene A.Nida）的功能對(duì)等為理論基礎(chǔ),探討了其在翻譯過(guò)程中的指導(dǎo)作用,并主要運(yùn)用了增譯、轉(zhuǎn)換和分譯方法來(lái)解決翻譯問(wèn)題。
