本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。翻譯實(shí)踐的原文為湯姆·彼得斯（Tom Peters）編著的《卓越出回報(bào)·用令人驚嘆的工作迎接科技潮流》（The Excellence Dividend:Meeting the Tech Tide with Work that Wows）中的第七章“科技海嘯、白領(lǐng)啟示錄、新道德訴求”（“Tech Tsunami,White-collar Apocalypse,the New Moral Imperative”）和第八章“不安世界中的工作安全”（“Job Security in an Insecure World”）。第七章的主要內(nèi)容是你作為一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的主要道德義務(wù)是盡自己的能力,最大限度地發(fā)展自己所負(fù)責(zé)的每一個(gè)人的技能。第八章的主要內(nèi)容是個(gè)人的任務(wù)或機(jī)會(huì),作者告訴我們?nèi)绾纬浞掷眯录夹g(shù)建立令人興奮的生活。譯者主要以目的論為指導(dǎo)理論,在翻譯過程中運(yùn)用了直譯和意譯的翻譯策略以及逆譯法、詞類轉(zhuǎn)移法和增譯法三種翻譯方法。在翻譯過程中,譯者力求在忠實(shí)傳遞原文信息的前提下,同時(shí)關(guān)注目的語讀者的理解,以期這本為美國讀者寫的商業(yè)書籍也同樣適用于日新月異、科技高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化中國。...
