《風(fēng)味人間》是一部?jī)?yōu)秀的飲食文化紀(jì)錄片,主要講述了豐富的中國(guó)飲食文化。2019年,該紀(jì)錄片獲得了中國(guó)廣播電視社會(huì)組織聯(lián)合會(huì)頒發(fā)的最佳紀(jì)錄片獎(jiǎng)。目前,這部?jī)?yōu)秀的紀(jì)錄片還未被翻譯成英文,譯者希望通過(guò)字幕翻譯和翻譯報(bào)告的形式,來(lái)推動(dòng)《風(fēng)味人間》的對(duì)外傳播,讓更多外國(guó)觀眾了解并接受中國(guó)飲食文化。本翻譯報(bào)告選取了《風(fēng)味人間》中的三集字幕作為翻譯材料,源文本兼具客觀性和藝術(shù)性�；诩o(jì)錄片字幕的特點(diǎn)以及字幕翻譯的限制,譯者選擇了生態(tài)翻譯學(xué)來(lái)指導(dǎo)此次翻譯實(shí)踐,并完成了翻譯報(bào)告。該理論認(rèn)為翻譯是譯者適應(yīng)翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境的選擇活動(dòng)。在翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者需要適應(yīng)原文的翻譯生態(tài)環(huán)境,對(duì)譯文進(jìn)行選擇和調(diào)整,以便譯文能夠適應(yīng)新的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境。本報(bào)告分為五個(gè)部分,第一部分介紹了項(xiàng)目背景、報(bào)告框架、翻譯過(guò)程以及意義。第二部分,譯者從語(yǔ)言、文化和交際三個(gè)維度分析了源文本的特點(diǎn)。第三部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹了生態(tài)翻譯學(xué)以及該理論在紀(jì)錄片字幕翻譯中的適用性。第四部分是案例分析部分,譯者結(jié)合了字幕翻譯的時(shí)空限制和聲畫(huà)同步性,總結(jié)了針對(duì)具體文本特點(diǎn)的翻譯方法。在語(yǔ)言維度,譯者選擇了壓縮性意譯、直譯和增譯來(lái)翻譯大量的四字詞、無(wú)主語(yǔ)句子和缺少邏輯連接詞...
