語(yǔ)言是社會(huì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,隨著時(shí)代的變遷、科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及新事物的不斷涌現(xiàn),語(yǔ)言也在不斷地更新著。語(yǔ)言隨著社會(huì)變遷的同時(shí),其自身也實(shí)時(shí)客觀地反映著社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí),因此我們常說(shuō)語(yǔ)言與社會(huì)相互影響,同生共長(zhǎng)。而新詞作為語(yǔ)言最活躍的一部分,其變化速度更是勢(shì)不可擋。英語(yǔ)政治新詞作為新詞的特殊種類,更是實(shí)時(shí)客觀地反映著當(dāng)前政治局勢(shì)、政治事件以及經(jīng)濟(jì)文化政策等,英語(yǔ)政治新詞及其意義的產(chǎn)生絕不是憑空而來(lái)的,勢(shì)必遵循著一定的規(guī)律,因此有必要對(duì)英語(yǔ)政治新詞產(chǎn)生的認(rèn)知過(guò)程以及社會(huì)建構(gòu)過(guò)程進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步地分析探討,從而讓我們更好地理解語(yǔ)詞及其背后所反映出的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)以及政治生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。前人對(duì)于英語(yǔ)新詞的研究可謂層出不窮,涉及到各個(gè)不同的領(lǐng)域和視角,主要包括詞典學(xué)、詞匯學(xué)、形態(tài)學(xué)、語(yǔ)用學(xué)、社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)、認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)以及認(rèn)知社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)等。但是,相關(guān)研究大都集中于對(duì)新詞定義的界定研究,以及新詞的搜集和修正,亦或是就新詞產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行一般性的探討,而鮮有理論性的支撐。比如,傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)注重語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象的羅列,缺少對(duì)語(yǔ)言背后認(rèn)知機(jī)制的考察。隨著認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)的發(fā)展,新詞的研究逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向了語(yǔ)言內(nèi)部,學(xué)者開始關(guān)注研究語(yǔ)言背后的認(rèn)知機(jī)制,但總的來(lái)說(shuō),...
