溫度是人類對外部環(huán)境的一種基本而重要的體驗,在我們構(gòu)建抽象概念的過程中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。自Kittay（1987）從語義學(xué)角度對溫度詞“hot”進行研究以來,溫度詞的多義性成了語言學(xué)家研究的熱點話題。以往研究的焦點主要在于漢語溫度詞的語義引申、單個溫度詞的隱喻現(xiàn)象研究,以及漢英基本溫度詞的內(nèi)省式對比研究。然而,基于語料庫的定性和定量研究較少,且對英語溫度詞的分析較為籠統(tǒng),缺乏系統(tǒng)和具體的分析。此外,先前學(xué)者對溫度詞的研究大多停留在現(xiàn)象描述上,很少從現(xiàn)象走向解釋。因此,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究提出以下三個研究問題:（1）漢英基本溫度詞隱喻投射范圍有什么特點?（2）漢英基本溫度詞隱喻映射有哪些異同?（3）導(dǎo)致漢英基本溫度詞隱喻映射呈現(xiàn)相似性和差異性的動因是什么?本研究以Lakoff&Johnson（1980）概念隱喻為理論依據(jù),以英國國家語料庫、美國當(dāng)代英語語料庫、北京語言大學(xué)語料庫中心、現(xiàn)代漢語詞典（第7版）和牛津高階英漢雙解詞典（第6版）為依托,旨在對漢英語言表達和思維系統(tǒng)的認知規(guī)律有個很好的理解。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):（1）漢語基本溫度詞隱喻投射范圍比英語溫度詞隱喻投射范圍寬;需要我...
