在翻譯研究中,對韓禮德的語域理論研究有著悠久的傳統(tǒng),語旨,語場,語式的概念及其作用也備受關(guān)注。本文作者嘗試使用語域理論作為翻譯指導(dǎo),對《語言、文化和社會》（第1,2章）進(jìn)行分析翻譯。首先,對本書的作者和翻譯背景進(jìn)行介紹。其次,對語篇類型、源語的語言特點進(jìn)行了分析,對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)語域理論研究進(jìn)行了綜述。譯者將書中的特定詞匯和句子作為案例,并且著重從語域理論角度進(jìn)行翻譯和分析。最后,作者對實踐報告,實踐結(jié)果和實踐活動的收獲與局限性進(jìn)行陳述和總結(jié)。
