基于語料庫的外交口譯中語塊使用特征研究

語塊是介于詞匯與語法之間的半預(yù)制或預(yù)制的意義單位,儲存在記憶中后能直接提取,無需過多加工或分析。部分口譯研究已證明語塊與口譯流利性和準(zhǔn)確性具有正相關(guān)性。前人研究大多比較學(xué)生譯員與專業(yè)譯員的語塊使用差異。這些研究顯示譯員應(yīng)該加強語塊的學(xué)習(xí)和使用意識。但是,研究口譯英語中語塊使用特征,最好是與原創(chuàng)英語中的語塊使用進行對比。所以,本文基于自建語料庫IECPC和NECPC比較研究外交口譯英語和原創(chuàng)英語的語塊使用特征。旨在回答三個問題1)兩者的4詞到6詞語塊種類和頻數(shù)有何差異?2)4詞語塊中兩者使用的語塊有在結(jié)構(gòu)上有何差異?3)造成這些差異的原因是什么?本文采用并修改了Biber提出的語塊結(jié)構(gòu)分類,將語塊分為動詞短語,依附從句短語,名詞-介詞短語。本研究使用語料庫檢索軟件AntConc提取4至6詞語塊,且其最低出現(xiàn)頻率為2,至少分布在3個文本。分析步驟將分為3步,分別回答三個研究問題。研究結(jié)果表明:1)當(dāng)語塊長度增加時,語塊使用種類和頻率下降,TTR略有上升;2)口譯員使用的語塊在種類和頻率上都超過了本族語者。3)口譯員最多使用名詞和介詞短語,而本族語者最多使用動詞短語。4)中美新聞發(fā)布會話語風(fēng)...
