初中新手英語教師教師信念的個案研究

20世紀(jì)80年代以后,隨著認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域研究的深入發(fā)展以及對教育教學(xué)工作復(fù)雜性認(rèn)識的不斷增加,西方發(fā)達國家對教師的研究已經(jīng)從教師的行為研究轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)ζ渌季S和決策過程的研究,教師信念則是轉(zhuǎn)向過程中頗受關(guān)注的主題之一。2014年9月,習(xí)近平總書記在同北京師范大學(xué)師生代表座談時的講話中指出:好老師沒有統(tǒng)一的模式,可以各有千秋,各顯身手,但有一些共同的必不可少的特質(zhì),第一點就是要有理想信念。由此可見,教師信念日益成為教育領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的焦點,是教師教育研究中的一個重要研究領(lǐng)域。筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)在已有的研究中,多數(shù)將研究對象聚焦于高校教師,而對基礎(chǔ)教育教師信念的研究還比較籠統(tǒng),對特定發(fā)展階段的教師信念研究則更少。因此本研究以初中新手英語教師為研究對象,通過調(diào)查初中新手英語教師的教師信念現(xiàn)狀,進一步了解新手英語教師在信念建構(gòu)或轉(zhuǎn)變過程中所遇到的問題,為促進新手教師的教學(xué)教育培養(yǎng)和個人專業(yè)成長提供一些實質(zhì)性的建議。本研究采用個案研究的研究方法,以兩位初中初任英語教師為研究對象,運用深入訪談、參與式觀察和文本分析的方法,從英語學(xué)科信念、英語教學(xué)信念、師生角色觀信念以及教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展信念四個方面深入了解初中初任英語教師信念的變...
