本次翻譯實(shí)踐源文本選自《抗癌歲月》一書中的序言、第八章以及第十五章。該書為自傳體文本,由美國(guó)著名電視節(jié)目網(wǎng)主持人斯圖爾特·斯科特所著。所選文本大約一萬(wàn)三千個(gè)字,主要傳達(dá)了作者對(duì)待癌癥的無(wú)畏精神以及對(duì)女兒深刻的愛。源文本語(yǔ)言平白口語(yǔ)化,且長(zhǎng)難句不多。如何翻譯文中出現(xiàn)的眾多體壇人名、體育專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)以及在翻譯中如何把握好源文本語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格是本次翻譯實(shí)踐的主要難點(diǎn)。本報(bào)告主要以紐馬克的語(yǔ)義翻譯和交際翻譯理論為指導(dǎo),探索了翻譯自傳體文本所采用的翻譯方法及策略。報(bào)告共由五章組成。第一章主要介紹了任務(wù)背景、目的、意義,傳記文本特點(diǎn)及其相關(guān)研究以及整個(gè)報(bào)告的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。第二章是對(duì)翻譯過(guò)程的描述。第三章介紹了本研究的理論依據(jù)。對(duì)紐馬克的語(yǔ)義翻譯及交際翻譯理論的概念以及它們之間的區(qū)別和聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了闡釋,從而為翻譯報(bào)告提供理論支持。第四章為本次報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容。結(jié)合自傳性文本的真實(shí)性和文學(xué)性雙重特點(diǎn),通過(guò)案例分析,展示語(yǔ)義翻譯和交際翻譯理論在指導(dǎo)自傳性文本翻譯方面的適用性和有效性。第五章是對(duì)翻譯報(bào)告的總結(jié),包括此次翻譯實(shí)踐的一些不足之處以及筆者在翻譯傳記文學(xué)過(guò)程中體悟的些許建議。筆者希望本實(shí)踐報(bào)告的分析總結(jié)對(duì)其他傳記文...
