該翻譯實踐報告取材于亞洲開發(fā)銀行研究所2017年出版的《雙贏:國際貿易如何幫助實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標》（Win–Win:How International Trade Can Help Meet the Sustainable Development Goals）。該書由解釋了貿易與可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標相關領域之間的聯(lián)系,如貧困、就業(yè)、教育、不平等、環(huán)境、氣候變化、城市化、水和食品安全,并就貿易所能發(fā)揮的作用提供了比較權威和包容性的分析。而所選文本第十二章主要介紹了貿易與水之間的聯(lián)系以及如何通過國際貿易解決水危機。該翻譯報告分為四個章節(jié)。第一章為引言,簡單對翻譯實踐任務進行介紹。第二部分闡述翻譯前的準備工作,包括對翻譯項目原文的介紹以及分析。第三部分為翻譯項目的難點分析、理論基礎以及解決方法,也是本翻譯報告的主要部分。原文中貿易和水資源領域的相關詞匯、縮寫以及復雜句式為翻譯過程中的最大難點。譯者根據(jù)對難點的分析和總結,并在交際翻譯理論的指導下,以讀者為翻譯任務的中心,分析研究了翻譯過程中運用的一些翻譯技巧。第四部分為翻譯實踐的總結,闡述了譯者在此次翻譯項目實踐中獲得的經(jīng)驗及有待完善的問題。
