核心素養(yǎng)作為我國高中課程改革的核心理念,在基礎(chǔ)教育階段中起著越來越重要的作用。這一理念也在理論界和實踐界受到高度重視�！镀胀ǜ咧杏⒄Z課程標準》（2017）版提出,英語課程應該培養(yǎng)學生的英語學科核心素養(yǎng),各學校關(guān)于英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的改革也如火如荼的展開,然而一些偏遠旗縣的英語教育受自身條件和學生生源等影響,在培養(yǎng)學生英語核心素養(yǎng)的過程中卻舉步維艱。通過資料收集和閱讀文獻,本文闡明了素養(yǎng),核心素養(yǎng),英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的具體內(nèi)涵。在這個基礎(chǔ)上,對英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的具體內(nèi)容（語言能力,文化意識,思維品質(zhì),學習能力）做了進一步說明。本研究于2019年10月份起通過調(diào)查問卷,訪談和課堂觀察的方式對內(nèi)蒙古西部六所旗縣高中的480名學生和120名教師進行調(diào)查研究。旨在了解現(xiàn)階段內(nèi)蒙古西部旗縣地區(qū)高中英語學科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,分析突出問題及其原因;討論并給出針對性建議。具體研究問題如下:1.內(nèi)蒙古西部旗縣地區(qū)高中英語學科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀如何?2.該地區(qū)在英語學科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀過程中存在哪些問題?3.影響該地區(qū)英語學科核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的原因有哪些?作者使用SPSS17.0分析相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合對教師學生的訪談及...
