賞識(shí)教育尊重生命規(guī)律,它充滿了愛,生命力和人性。賞識(shí)教育的目的在于關(guān)注學(xué)生的長處,發(fā)掘?qū)W生的優(yōu)良品質(zhì)并給予表揚(yáng),逐步形成燎原之勢。蘇霍姆林斯基（1981）提出教育的藝術(shù)是要發(fā)揚(yáng)學(xué)生的力量和潛能,以幫助他們享受學(xué)習(xí)成功的樂趣。他建議老師應(yīng)該對每個(gè)學(xué)生都進(jìn)行賞識(shí),培養(yǎng)他們對學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和信心。同樣地,周鴻（2004）認(rèn)為接受賞識(shí)教育的孩子,他們的潛能可以得到最大的發(fā)展,他們可以充分體驗(yàn)成功的樂趣。最終,這種樂趣會(huì)自動(dòng)變成他們繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)的無限動(dòng)力。自1990年代以來,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于賞識(shí)教育的研究在教育領(lǐng)域變得很流行。它們對更好地促進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。雖然在過去關(guān)于賞識(shí)教育的研究很多,但很少與特定學(xué)科結(jié)合,尤其是與高中英語教學(xué)相結(jié)合。因此,本文旨在調(diào)查和研究高中師生在英語學(xué)習(xí)過程中對賞識(shí)教育的感知。結(jié)合定量研究和定性研究的方法,本研究旨在找出（1）高中英語教師和學(xué)生對賞識(shí)教育的感知的總體狀況。（2）高中英語教師對賞識(shí)教育的感知與學(xué)生對賞識(shí)教育的感知之間的異同。這項(xiàng)研究的參與者是來自安�？h的200名高一年級的學(xué)生和35名英語老師,其中學(xué)生的有效問卷為160份,教師的有效問卷為3...
