英語語篇間接回指的認知轉喻研究

  回指是語言學領域的一個經典話題;刂甘怯靡粋詞或短語來代替語篇上文或對話里提到的另一個詞或短語的現象,它是重要的語篇銜接手段,看似普遍、簡單,實則復雜。但前人的研究多集中于直接回指,對間接回指現象少有關注,并且鮮有學者采用有效的認知轉喻模型來分析語篇中的間接回指。本研究的重點是基于理想認知模型理論,概念突顯理論以及語篇轉喻模型理論建立一個研究間接回指的認知轉喻模型,并用該模型對具有代表性的間接回指案例進行例證和分析。以此來幫助人們更好地理解間接回指中先行詞與回指語的關系,進而更好地理解英語語篇。本研究主要分析探討以下兩個研究問題:問題1:名詞性間接、代詞性間接回指和零形回指的認知轉喻模型是什么?問題2:認知轉喻模型對名詞性間接、代詞性間接回指和零形回指解釋性的表現是什么?本文通過定性研究,以國內外語言學家以及學者在出版的書籍或刊物上發(fā)表的關于間接回指的例句為語料,運用自建的認知轉喻模型對名詞間接回指,代詞間接回指以及零形回指進行分析,最后得出以下結論:認知轉喻模型以理想化認知模型、概念突顯理論和語篇轉喻模型理論為基礎,三者的結合構成的認知轉喻模型能很好地闡釋間接回指現象。本研究語料中的...
