本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。翻譯項(xiàng)目的原文是《追求完美:優(yōu)化對(duì)文化和心理的影響》(Lost in Perfection:Impacts of Optimization on Culture and Psyche)的第三章“優(yōu)化自我”(The Optimized Self)。該翻譯項(xiàng)目旨在把這本書介紹給中國(guó)讀者,從而讓他們學(xué)習(xí)健身的知識(shí)以及健康生活的態(tài)度。原章節(jié)主要討論在日常生活中,人們用一些可穿戴設(shè)備追蹤自己身體狀況的案例,但同時(shí)由于過度追求健康、完美,他們也常常處于焦躁和抑郁中。本報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分五部分,第一、翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括項(xiàng)目的背景、意義以及文章結(jié)構(gòu)。第二、原語分析,包括作者簡(jiǎn)介、主要內(nèi)容、文本類型和語言特征介紹。第三、理論指導(dǎo),包括紐馬克的交際翻譯理論以及交際翻譯理論的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。第四、翻譯難點(diǎn)與解決辦法:在本章的翻譯過程中頻頻出現(xiàn)的人名、專業(yè)術(shù)語以及定語從句,被動(dòng)句的翻譯是翻譯過程中的難點(diǎn)。在翻譯過程中用到的翻譯技巧有音譯,加注和分譯等。第五、總結(jié)在翻譯過程中所得到的啟發(fā)、教訓(xùn)和仍待解決的問題。
