2018年廣西外事翻譯活動(dòng)調(diào)研報(bào)告

   目前國(guó)內(nèi)外事翻譯研究領(lǐng)域,以具體外事單位為對(duì)象展開翻譯活動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)研的報(bào)告甚少,更多調(diào)研報(bào)告是以中國(guó)翻譯市場(chǎng)或者某省份翻譯市場(chǎng)作為調(diào)研對(duì)象;谶@個(gè)現(xiàn)狀,本文以廣西壯族自治區(qū)外事辦公室、南寧外事辦公室、欽州外事辦公室、百色外事辦公室和桂林外事辦公室為調(diào)研對(duì)象,調(diào)查這五個(gè)外辦在2018年整年的外事翻譯活動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)。本調(diào)查聚焦各外辦的外事翻譯活動(dòng)、語(yǔ)種分布、譯員職業(yè)能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、翻譯質(zhì)量水平以及外事譯員前景等五大現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)對(duì)五大現(xiàn)狀的分析了解廣西外事對(duì)專業(yè)翻譯人才的具體要求,以期為本土翻譯專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案提供建議和意見。分析結(jié)果表明:1.廣西外事翻譯活動(dòng)總體數(shù)量多,但地區(qū)之間差異大,對(duì)于翻譯人才的需求各地區(qū)之間各有不同:①區(qū)外辦和南寧外辦口筆譯活動(dòng)多,需要的口筆譯譯員相對(duì)多;②欽州外辦口譯場(chǎng)次多,更需要口譯員;③百色外辦和桂林外辦筆譯字?jǐn)?shù)多,更需要筆譯譯員。2.外事單位中各語(yǔ)種分布情況:①目標(biāo)語(yǔ)國(guó)家排名:東盟地區(qū)國(guó)家英語(yǔ)國(guó)家其他國(guó)家;②活動(dòng)語(yǔ)種排名:英語(yǔ)東盟國(guó)家語(yǔ)言其他國(guó)家語(yǔ)言;③譯員語(yǔ)種排名:英語(yǔ)越南語(yǔ)泰語(yǔ)。結(jié)合三項(xiàng)排名,外辦擁有的語(yǔ)種與實(shí)際外事翻譯活動(dòng)需要的語(yǔ)種不對(duì)稱,廣西外事翻譯更需要復(fù)合型的外事翻譯人才。3.外事翻譯人才的要求:①翻譯專長(zhǎng)能力強(qiáng),②綜合能力素質(zhì)高,③注重外事職業(yè)規(guī)范。4.外事翻譯質(zhì)量要求高,對(duì)于譯員的能力做出了挑戰(zhàn)。5.廣西外事翻譯人才的需求會(huì)越來(lái)越大。研究對(duì)MTI教育的啟示為:1.以核心課程+輔修課程的形式增設(shè)與外事翻譯相關(guān)的課程。2.課程內(nèi)容需本土化。3.通過(guò)學(xué)校與外事機(jī)構(gòu)合作實(shí)施多樣化的實(shí)訓(xùn)課程。
