高職外語教師本土化研究

【摘要】:從高職外語教師視角入手,以《綜合英語》課程的外語教師本土化為切入點(diǎn),對高職外語教師本土化的理論方法和實(shí)踐模式展開了研究。首先,簡要分析了當(dāng)前地方高職院校外語教師本土化的現(xiàn)狀,隨后就高職外語教師本土化的思路及理論方法展開探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過教師本土化實(shí)踐探索,力圖創(chuàng)建地方高職外語教師本土化的實(shí)踐模式,形成真正具有高職本土化特色的外語師資力量,從而促進(jìn)高職外語教學(xué)水平和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the theoretical methods and practical models of localization of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges with the localization of foreign language teachers in the course of Comprehensive English as the starting point. First of all, this paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the localization of foreign language teachers in local higher vocational colleges, and then probes into the ideas and theoretical methods of the localization of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges. On this basis, through the exploration of the localization practice of teachers, this paper tries to establish the practice mode of localization of foreign language teachers in local higher vocational colleges, and forms the strength of foreign language teachers with the characteristics of localization in higher vocational education. So as to promote the level and quality of foreign language teaching in higher vocational colleges.
