職業(yè)院校英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展可行性途徑研究

【摘要】:教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展指的是教師作為專業(yè)人員,在專業(yè)精神、理論、知識(shí)和技能等方面不斷提高與完善的過程,是教師們專業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的重要保證,關(guān)系到教師課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量以及各個(gè)院校教學(xué)改革的成敗。然而,我國(guó)職業(yè)院校英語(yǔ)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,一方面體現(xiàn)在教師自身缺乏專業(yè)發(fā)展的意識(shí)、動(dòng)機(jī)和規(guī)劃,另一方面則體現(xiàn)在我國(guó)職業(yè)院校缺乏針對(duì)英語(yǔ)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展指導(dǎo)理論、扶持政策和平臺(tái)。因此,文章立足于我國(guó)職業(yè)院校英語(yǔ)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵及必要性,提出職業(yè)院校英語(yǔ)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展可以通過開展終身學(xué)習(xí)、科研及教學(xué)實(shí)踐等途徑,不斷促進(jìn)自身專業(yè)的可持續(xù)性成長(zhǎng),旨在提高職業(yè)院校英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Teachers' professional development refers to the process of teachers' continuous improvement and perfection in professional spirit, theory, knowledge and skills, which is the important guarantee of teachers' ability of professional sustainable development. It is related to the quality of teachers' classroom teaching and the success or failure of teaching reform in various colleges and universities. However, the current situation of professional development of English teachers in vocational colleges and universities in China is not optimistic. On the one hand, it is reflected in the lack of awareness, motivation and planning of teachers' own professional development. On the other hand, there is a lack of professional development guidance theory, supporting policies and platforms for English teachers in vocational colleges and universities in China. Therefore, based on the current situation of professional development of English teachers in vocational colleges and universities in China, this paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of professional development of English teachers in vocational colleges, and points out that professional development of English teachers in vocational colleges can be carried out through lifelong learning. In order to improve the quality of English teaching in vocational colleges, scientific research and teaching practice can promote the sustainable growth of their majors.
