《2015年義烏市政府工作報告》翻譯報告

【摘要】：改革開放以來,義烏堅持“興商建市”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以市場為中心,大力推進工業(yè)化、國際化和城鄉(xiāng)一體化,走出了一條富有特色的區(qū)域發(fā)展道路。近年來,該市以國際貿(mào)易綜合改革為試點,全力打好轉(zhuǎn)型升級“組合拳”,實現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)中有進,社會和諧穩(wěn)定,轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展?jié)u入佳境。2015年更是義烏對外開放的“機遇年”,“一帶一路”等國家戰(zhàn)略有利于其加強對外合作,進一步走向國際�！�2015年義烏市政府工作報告》是對本市過去一年工作的回顧及未來一年的展望,其內(nèi)容涵蓋政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、教育、社會生活等各方面,是人們了解本市社會總體狀況的重要途徑�！�2015年義烏政府工作報告》英譯本是對外介紹義烏、宣傳義烏的重要途徑。筆者選擇《2015年義烏市政府工作報告》為翻譯任務,并在導師的指導下完成譯前、翻譯及校對工作,希望能對外宣工作有所幫助。政府工作報告屬于政論文,語言簡練、內(nèi)容描述客觀、政治術(shù)語較多,具有一定的政治傾向,因此在翻譯過程中要力求準確,能夠忠實再現(xiàn)原作的思想內(nèi)容。本翻譯報告共分為五個部分,第一部分為引言,主要介紹了翻譯任務背景、目的和意義;第二部分為任務描述,主要內(nèi)容為任務來源、文本分析和項目要求;第三部分為翻譯過程描述,包括譯前準備、翻譯過程和譯后校對;第四部分為案例分析,是報告的主要部分,分別從詞匯、句法和篇章三個層面討論了縮略語、范疇詞、加強詞、無主語句、竹型結(jié)構(gòu)、指代、連詞、反復的翻譯難點,并通過舉例論證,詳細介紹了解決每種難點的不同翻譯策略,如對于縮略語的翻譯,該報告指出了直譯、直譯加注和意譯的翻譯方法。第五部分對本任務進行總結(jié),概述了翻譯心得以及該任務存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Yiwu adheres to the development strategy of "prospering business and building city", takes the market as the center, vigorously promotes industrialization, internationalization and integration of urban and rural areas, and has taken a unique regional development road. In recent years, with the comprehensive reform of international trade as a pilot, the city has made every effort to play a "combined fist" in the transformation and upgrading, thus realizing steady progress in the economy, social harmony and stability, and the gradual development of transformation and development. The year 2015 is a "year of opportunity" for the opening up of Yiwu to the outside world. "Belt and Road" and other national strategies are conducive to strengthening its foreign cooperation and further moving towards the international level. The "Yiwu Municipal Government work report 2015" is a review of the work of the city in the past year and the outlook for the coming year. Its contents cover politics and economy. Culture, education, social life and other aspects are important ways for people to understand the overall social situation of the city. The English version of the report on the work of the Government of Yiwu in 2015 is an important way to introduce Yiwu to the outside world and to publicize Yiwu. The author chooses the work report of Yiwu Municipal Government in 2015 as the translation task, and completes the translation, translation and proofreading work under the guidance of his tutor, hoping to be helpful to the publicity work. Therefore, the translation process should be accurate and faithful to reproduce the original content. It discusses the problems of acronyms, category words, reinforcement words, subject sentences, bamboo structures, references, conjunctions and repeated translation difficulties from the lexical, syntactic and textual levels. Through illustrative examples, different translation strategies to solve each difficulty are introduced in detail. For the translation of abbreviations, the report points out the translation methods of literal translation, literal annotation and free translation. The fifth part summarizes the task, summarizes the translation experience and the shortcomings of the task.
