《棲息之所》翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

【摘要】：本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的原文文本節(jié)選澳大利亞著名作家C.A.霍金所著的《棲息之所》一書(shū)中的第二十七章、第二十八章、第二十九章以及第三十章,并在翻譯上述四章文本、總結(jié)翻譯實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,完成此翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。該報(bào)告主要將翻譯碩士學(xué)習(xí)期間所學(xué)到的理論知識(shí)與具體翻譯實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,分析、研究、總結(jié)翻譯過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。小說(shuō)通過(guò)虛構(gòu)的故事情節(jié)來(lái)揭示深刻的主題,《棲息之所》這部小說(shuō)則是帶領(lǐng)讀者經(jīng)歷兩個(gè)女人生命中的艱難險(xiǎn)阻。在這部作品中,C.A.霍金試圖以正面、直接而又稍顯露骨的寫作方式,通過(guò)毫不留情地揭示人類的陰暗面,對(duì)比擴(kuò)大只有世間最偉大的愛(ài)才能化解一切罪惡的主題。此次翻譯實(shí)踐借助德國(guó)功能主義目的論,探究在目的論的指導(dǎo)下,怎樣讓譯文變得盡善盡美。希望本次翻譯實(shí)踐對(duì)日后翻譯同類文學(xué)作品具有現(xiàn)實(shí)及理論指導(dǎo)意義。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告由三部分組成:引言、正文和結(jié)論。引言部分首先介紹了翻譯《棲息之所》這部小說(shuō)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。此外,還探討了,在目的論指導(dǎo)下,翻譯《棲息之所》這部小說(shuō)可解決的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。報(bào)告的正文部分分為三章:第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了《棲息之所》這部小說(shuō)及其作者。第二章是翻譯過(guò)程的描述,分為譯前準(zhǔn)備、譯中難點(diǎn)、譯文校對(duì)三部分。第三章為翻譯案例分析,是本實(shí)踐報(bào)告的核心部分。筆者從字詞、語(yǔ)句及跨文化三方面著手,重點(diǎn)闡述并分析英漢翻譯過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、漢譯本中四字詞語(yǔ)的運(yùn)用、在不同語(yǔ)境下小詞的靈活處理方法、增詞、減詞、斷句等翻譯問(wèn)題�？傊�,筆者通過(guò)結(jié)合翻譯策略技巧,并對(duì)原文文本進(jìn)行初步地探討、研究和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上完成第三章寫作任務(wù)。在翻譯實(shí)踐結(jié)論部分,筆者概括了翻譯實(shí)踐中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,分享完成此實(shí)踐報(bào)告的心得,以及對(duì)日后翻譯工作的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Excerpts from the original text of this translation practice report by C. A. Chapter 27, Chapter 28, Chapter 29 and Chapter 30 of Hawking's book Habitat, and on the basis of translating the above four chapters and summing up the practical experience of translation, the translation practice report is completed. The report mainly combines the theoretical knowledge gained during the master of translation studies with the specific translation practice, analyzes, studies and summarizes the experience and lessons in the process of translation. The novel reveals a profound theme through fictional storylines. The novel leads the reader through the hardships and difficulties of the lives of two women. In this work, C. A. Hawking attempts, in a positive, direct and slightly explicit way of writing, to unreservedly reveal the dark side of mankind, and to expand by contrast only the greatest love in the world can dissolve all the themes of sin. With the help of German functionalist Skopos, this translation practice explores how to make the translation perfect under the guidance of Skopos. It is hoped that this translation practice will be of practical and theoretical significance to the translation of similar literary works in the future. This practice report consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction first introduces the applied value and practical significance of the translation of the novel. Under the guidance of Skopos, the practical problems of translation of the novel are also discussed. The main body of the report is divided into three chapters: the first chapter briefly introduces the novel and its author. The second chapter is a description of the translation process, which is divided into three parts: pre-translation preparation, translation difficulties and translation proofreading. The third chapter is the translation case analysis, which is the core part of this practice report. From the three aspects of word, sentence and cross-culture, the author expounds and analyzes the conversion of parts of speech in the process of English-Chinese translation, the application of four-character words in Chinese translation, the flexible treatment of small words in different contexts, the addition of words, and the reduction of words. A question of translation, etc. In a word, the author completes the task of the third chapter by combining the translation strategies and the text of the original text with a preliminary discussion, research and summary. In the part of the conclusion of translation practice, the author summarizes the relevant problems in translation practice, shares the experience of completing the practice report and enlightens the translation work in the future.
