【摘要】：本報(bào)告著眼于與美國(guó)EB-5投資移民項(xiàng)目有關(guān)的《有限合伙協(xié)議》的翻譯。該協(xié)議是一家翻譯公司指派的分包翻譯任務(wù)之一,并作為一項(xiàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù),由筆者和翻譯公司的協(xié)調(diào)人及審校通力合作完成。由于在之前已翻譯過(guò)兩份類(lèi)似的文件,因此這些文件被選取作為本次翻譯實(shí)踐的平行文本。且本次翻譯實(shí)踐還采用了一項(xiàng)機(jī)器輔助翻譯工具,以充分利用所有可得資源并協(xié)助整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程。本報(bào)告所討論的協(xié)議是一份有關(guān)于項(xiàng)目各方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)的協(xié)議,并涉及高度專(zhuān)業(yè)化的法律和經(jīng)濟(jì)事項(xiàng)�；谖谋绢�(lèi)型學(xué)對(duì)原文進(jìn)行初步分析,可明顯得知該協(xié)議是一份主要起調(diào)整性功能的法律文本,且其專(zhuān)業(yè)的措辭和長(zhǎng)復(fù)雜句明顯是其翻譯的難點(diǎn)。根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,本報(bào)告進(jìn)一步討論在翻譯過(guò)程中為解決上述難點(diǎn)所采用的一些翻譯策略,且這些策略遵循準(zhǔn)確性與精確性原則和專(zhuān)業(yè)性原則。這些討論有助于筆者改進(jìn)其翻譯質(zhì)量,并為日后的翻譯實(shí)踐帶來(lái)一些提示指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:This report focuses on the translation of the Limited Partnership Agreement (LPA) related to the US EB-5 Investment Migration Program. This agreement is one of the subcontract translation tasks assigned by a translation company, and is completed as a team task by the author and the coordinator and reviser of the translation company. Since two similar documents have previously been translated, they are selected as parallel texts for this translation practice. A machine-assisted translation tool is also used in this translation practice to make full use of all available resources and to assist the whole translation process. The agreement discussed in this report is an agreement on the rights and obligations of the parties to the project and involves highly specialized legal and economic matters. A preliminary analysis of the original text based on text typology shows that the agreement is a mainly regulatory legal text, and its professional wording and long and complex sentences are obviously the difficulties in its translation. Based on the results of the analysis, this report further discusses some translation strategies adopted in the translation process to solve the above difficulties, and these strategies follow the principles of accuracy and professionalism. These discussions will help the author to improve their translation quality and provide some guidance for future translation practice.
