【摘要】：對(duì)于一個(gè)公司而言,公司章程對(duì)整個(gè)公司的成立和健康經(jīng)營(yíng)有著舉足輕重的作用。對(duì)公司章程翻譯的研究,有助于幫助在外資企業(yè)工作的我國(guó)人員更加準(zhǔn)確、詳盡地了解公司的章程細(xì)節(jié),熟悉公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和運(yùn)營(yíng)理念。通過研究該公司章程的翻譯過程,本文將列舉公司章程翻譯中的具體例子,進(jìn)一步表明翻譯目的論在公司章程翻譯過程中的具體運(yùn)用,并就翻譯過程中應(yīng)遵循的翻譯原則和方法進(jìn)行更為詳盡的說明。本報(bào)告為美國(guó)鋁業(yè)公司的公司章程的英譯漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。報(bào)告分為四大部分。第一章為翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括對(duì)項(xiàng)目背景和項(xiàng)目意義的說明。其中項(xiàng)目背景的介紹細(xì)分為原文內(nèi)容介紹、文本特征介紹。第二章為翻譯過程。通過對(duì)譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程和翻譯校改的介紹,系統(tǒng)說明翻譯過程中遇到的問題以及解決辦法。第三章為理論分析,該部分主要分為兩個(gè)部分,即理論介紹和目的論在翻譯過程中的指導(dǎo)作用。第四章為翻譯總結(jié)。譯者通過總結(jié)翻譯心得、公司章程翻譯中尚存的問題以及對(duì)未來研究實(shí)踐的建議,通過以上四個(gè)板塊來對(duì)本次公司章程的翻譯過程進(jìn)行較為全面的總結(jié)。本文旨在通過對(duì)公司章程的翻譯過程研究,來進(jìn)一步說明翻譯目的論對(duì)法律類型文本翻譯實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)作用,望本翻譯報(bào)告能為公司章程的翻譯人員提供相應(yīng)的借鑒素材,為研究公司章程的翻譯實(shí)踐貢獻(xiàn)綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:For a company, the articles of association play an important role in the establishment and healthy operation of the whole company. The study on the translation of articles of association will help the Chinese people working in foreign-funded enterprises to understand the details of the company's articles of association in detail and to be familiar with the operation mode and concept of the company. By studying the translation process of the articles of association, this paper will cite some concrete examples in the translation of the articles of association, and further demonstrate the specific application of Skopos theory in the process of the translation of the articles of association. The principles and methods of translation should be followed in more detail. This report is an English-Chinese translation of Alcoa's articles of association. The report is divided into four parts. The first chapter is the introduction of the translation project, including the explanation of the background and significance of the project. The introduction of the project background is divided into the original content introduction and the text feature introduction. The second chapter is the translation process. Through the introduction of pre-translation preparation, translation process and translation correction, the problems encountered in the process of translation and their solutions are systematically explained. The third chapter is the theoretical analysis, which is divided into two parts: theoretical introduction and Skopos theory in the translation process. Chapter four is a summary of translation. Through summing up the translation experience, the remaining problems in the translation of the articles of association and the suggestions for future research practice, the translator makes a comprehensive summary of the translation process of the articles of association through the above four sections. The purpose of this paper is to further illustrate the guiding role of Skopos in the translation practice of legal texts through the study of the translation process of the articles of incorporation. It is hoped that this translation report can provide relevant reference materials for the translators of the articles of incorporation. Contribute to the translation practice of the articles of association.
