【摘要】：文化缺省是比較生僻的文化術(shù)語,但在現(xiàn)實的英語教學(xué)中卻經(jīng)常遇到。茶葉作為中西文化共同擁有的文化形態(tài),便存在諸多茶文化缺省現(xiàn)象。這既是中西方文化沖突的結(jié)果,也與中國傳統(tǒng)文化的繁復(fù)相關(guān),當(dāng)然也與中國的茶文化與西方茶文化的特殊差異性相關(guān)聯(lián)。因此,注重茶文化缺省現(xiàn)象的應(yīng)對和處理,重視中西文化的差異性;注重教材的使用和編寫;加大對文化缺省現(xiàn)象在教育教學(xué)的運(yùn)用研究。在英語教學(xué)中注重對茶文化缺省現(xiàn)象的處理和應(yīng)對措施,不僅可以擴(kuò)大英語教學(xué)的內(nèi)容和范疇,還可以從英語的教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)中提升中西文化的交流和辨析。這對中西文化交流和傳統(tǒng)文化傳播都有著十分重大的意義。
[Abstract]:Cultural default is a rare cultural term, but it is often encountered in practical English teaching. Tea as a common cultural form of Chinese and Western culture, there are a lot of tea culture default phenomenon. This is not only the result of the cultural conflict between China and the West, but also related to the complexity of Chinese traditional culture and the special difference between Chinese tea culture and western tea culture. Therefore, we should pay attention to the response and treatment of the default phenomenon of tea culture, attach importance to the differences between Chinese and western cultures, pay attention to the use and compilation of teaching materials, and increase the research on the application of cultural default phenomenon in education and teaching. To deal with the default phenomenon of tea culture in English teaching can not only enlarge the contents and categories of English teaching, but also promote the communication and discrimination between Chinese and western cultures in English teaching and learning. This is of great significance to the cultural exchange between China and the West and the spread of traditional culture.
