【摘要】：目前,隨著國際商務(wù)與貿(mào)易的迅速發(fā)展,英文商務(wù)合同的漢譯需求日益增加。高質(zhì)量的英文商務(wù)合同漢譯可以促進(jìn)貿(mào)易,使締約方受益。然而,由于英文商務(wù)合同的鮮明語言特征通常會給翻譯帶來問題,譯者很難對其實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量漢譯。有鑒于此,有必要對英文商務(wù)合同漢譯的問題展開研究,并提出解決方案,以提高英文商務(wù)合同的漢譯水平。諸多學(xué)者已對英文商務(wù)合同的漢譯進(jìn)行了探討,并從不同的角度提出了翻譯策略、方法、技巧、原則或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然而,鮮有學(xué)者在目的論指導(dǎo)下提出解決英文商務(wù)合同漢譯過程中出現(xiàn)的問題的具體方案。本文作者選取英文商務(wù)合同作為研究對象,梳理了作者于不同層面遇到的問題。在詞匯層面,問題包括術(shù)語翻譯不準(zhǔn)確、術(shù)語缺乏對等詞和意思選擇困難。在句法層面,問題包括與慣用表達(dá)不一致和句子結(jié)構(gòu)不平行。此外,作者對于上述問題的成因進(jìn)行了探究。隨后,在目的論的指導(dǎo)下,作者提出了上述問題的相應(yīng)解決方案。具體說來,在詞匯層面,解決方案包括直譯、釋義和減譯;在句法層面,解決方案包括譯為無主句、語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換、逆譯、和分譯。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of international business and trade, the demand for Chinese translation of English business contracts is increasing. High-quality English business contracts can promote trade and benefit the contracting parties. However, due to the distinctive linguistic features of English business contracts, it is difficult for the translators to achieve high-quality Chinese translation. Therefore, it is necessary to study the translation of English business contracts into Chinese and propose solutions so as to improve the translation level of English business contracts. The author chooses English business contracts as the research object and combs out the problems encountered by the author at different levels. At the lexical level, the problems include inaccurate translation of terms, lack of equivalents and difficulty in choosing meanings. In addition, under the guidance of Skopostheorie, the author proposes corresponding solutions to the above problems. Specifically, at the lexical level, the solutions include literal translation, interpretation and subtraction; and at the syntactic level, the solutions include translation. There are no main clauses, voice conversion, reverse translation, and partial translation.
