【摘要】：近幾年食品安全問題頻發(fā),引起政府相關部門的高度關注。食品的安全問題是人民群眾最切身、最關心、最現(xiàn)實的利益問題,是關系國計民生的一件大事。因此,政府相關部門出臺了一系列相關的法律、法規(guī),加強食品安全管理,保障公眾最基本的利益。此份翻譯實踐報告以筆者所參與的一次食品安全相關的行政法律條文的英譯為基礎,以德國功能翻譯理論為指導,探究行政法律文本漢譯英的可行性。此份翻譯實踐報告一共有四個部分:第一章為翻譯項目簡介,主要介紹該項目的來源、內容及意義;第二章為翻譯項目過程,主要內容為翻譯計劃制定、背景材料查閱、術語表制定,翻譯理論的選擇,譯后審校,譯者自我審校,校外導師審校、委托方評價;第三章為案例分析,主要對行政法律文本的文體、句式、詞匯三方面進行了詳細分析;第四章為總結,譯者回顧整個翻譯過程,歸納總結如何成為一名優(yōu)秀的行政法律翻譯者。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety problems occur frequently, which has attracted the attention of relevant government departments. Food safety is the most immediate, the most concerned, the most realistic interests of the people, is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Therefore, relevant government departments issued a series of relevant laws and regulations to strengthen food safety management and protect the most basic interests of the public. This translation practice report is based on an English translation of food safety related administrative legal provisions and guided by German functional translation theory to explore the feasibility of Chinese-English translation of administrative law texts. This translation practice report consists of four parts: the first chapter is a brief introduction to the translation project, which mainly introduces the source, content and significance of the project, the second chapter is the process of the translation project, the main content is the making of the translation plan, and the reference of the background material. Glossary formulation, translation theory selection, post-translation reviser, translator self-revision, out-of-school tutor reviser, client evaluation. Chapter three is case study, which mainly analyzes the style, sentence structure and vocabulary of the administrative law text. Chapter four is a summary. The translator reviews the whole translation process and summarizes how to become an excellent administrative law translator.
