【摘要】：文章介紹了高校教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展研究的當(dāng)前態(tài)勢,歸納了優(yōu)秀教師的教學(xué)理念和方法,探討了促成英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的途徑。要加強師生之間的良性互動,加強教師之間的團隊互助,加強教師與專家的學(xué)習(xí)交流,從而不斷提升英語教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì),切實推動大學(xué)英語教學(xué)改革的進程。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the current situation of the research on the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities, sums up the teaching ideas and methods of excellent teachers, and probes into the ways to promote the professional development of English teachers. It is necessary to strengthen the positive interaction between teachers and students, strengthen the mutual help between teachers and teachers, strengthen the learning and communication between teachers and experts, so as to continuously improve the professional quality of English teachers and promote the process of college English teaching reform.
