【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速崛起以及全球化的飛速發(fā)展,中外合作日益密切,英譯各種地方性法規(guī)的重要性日益凸顯。然而,由于中國地方性法規(guī)的翻譯工作開展地相對較晚,在地方性法規(guī)翻譯方面還存在一些問題,主要表現(xiàn)在術(shù)語表述不準(zhǔn)確,文本風(fēng)格欠規(guī)范和表達(dá)不一致。因此,提高地方性法規(guī)的翻譯質(zhì)量在一定程度上對于完善我國的法律環(huán)境意義重大。本報(bào)告以《江蘇省統(tǒng)計(jì)條例》的英譯為研究對象,英譯該條例能方便國內(nèi)外全面、系統(tǒng)、準(zhǔn)確地了解江蘇省統(tǒng)計(jì)條例的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和規(guī)定�；诖朔g實(shí)踐,本報(bào)告以功能對等理論為指導(dǎo),首先分析了翻譯過程中遇到的幾處重難點(diǎn)問題,如中國.特色詞匯、法律專業(yè)術(shù)語、模糊詞匯以及長難句的翻譯,然后作者針對該項(xiàng)目的重難點(diǎn),以具體的實(shí)例探討了相應(yīng)的解決辦法,如參照平行文本處理重難點(diǎn)詞匯和詞組;采用直譯、增譯和減譯的方法來處理翻譯過程中遇到的模糊詞匯;翻譯項(xiàng)目中的長難句時(shí),筆者采用了順譯、調(diào)整語序和將長難句中的“的”字結(jié)構(gòu)翻譯成條件狀語從句的方法來處理。最后,作者結(jié)合本次翻譯實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了翻譯類似法律文本的一些建議,同時(shí)指出了本報(bào)告的不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of China's economy and the rapid development of globalization, Sino-foreign cooperation is becoming closer and closer, and the importance of translating various local laws and regulations into English is becoming increasingly prominent. However, due to the relatively late translation of local laws and regulations in China, there are still some problems in the translation of local laws and regulations. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the translation quality of local laws and regulations in order to perfect the legal environment of our country. The present report focuses on the English translation of the Statistical regulations of Jiangsu Province, which can facilitate the comprehensive, systematic and accurate understanding of the relevant contents and regulations of the Statistical regulations of Jiangsu Province. Based on this translation practice, this paper, guided by functional equivalence theory, first analyzes several important and difficult problems encountered in the process of translation, such as China. The translation of characteristic words, legal technical terms, vague words and long difficult sentences, and then the author discusses the corresponding solutions with concrete examples, such as referring to parallel text processing of difficult words and phrases; The methods of literal translation, incremental translation and subtraction are used to deal with the vague words encountered in the process of translation. Adjust the word order and translate the word structure into conditional adverbial clauses. Finally, based on the experience of this translation practice, the author puts forward some suggestions for the translation of similar legal texts and points out the shortcomings of this report.
