【摘要】：口譯是一種受多種因素影響的交際行為,盡管同傳和交傳在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上正在越來越流行,公共服務(wù)口譯同樣也因?yàn)槠潇`活性,準(zhǔn)確性以及專業(yè)性在如商業(yè)會(huì)議和醫(yī)療保健行業(yè)等社會(huì)活動(dòng)中起到至關(guān)重要的作用。在公共服務(wù)口譯領(lǐng)域中,有一項(xiàng)至關(guān)重要的要求,那就是隱蔽性。與其他口譯質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比起來,對(duì)于隱蔽性的研究要稀少很多。盡管很多公共服務(wù)方面的職業(yè)口譯協(xié)會(huì)將隱蔽性規(guī)定在其行為準(zhǔn)則之中,但是隨著公共服務(wù)口譯尤其是醫(yī)療口譯日益增長(zhǎng)的需求,絕對(duì)的隱蔽性是否還具有可行性,這個(gè)問題值得深思。本文以公共服務(wù)口譯中的醫(yī)療口譯為落腳點(diǎn)來研究口譯中的隱蔽性特征。文章的開端簡(jiǎn)單介紹了公共服務(wù)口譯在英國(guó)以及中國(guó)的發(fā)展,它的專業(yè)性以及目前存在的問題。然后通過對(duì)于口譯員隱蔽和可見角色的討論引出“醫(yī)療服務(wù)譯員的角色是隨場(chǎng)合變化的”這一概念,隨后將隱蔽性與公正性進(jìn)行對(duì)比。文章從公共服務(wù)口譯本身以及客戶兩個(gè)角度對(duì)隱蔽性進(jìn)行了分析,得出了“在醫(yī)療口譯中,隱蔽性和可見性需要結(jié)合起來為客戶提供更好的口譯服務(wù)”這一結(jié)論。最后提出了在政策和實(shí)際操作中的改進(jìn)策略,以期促進(jìn)隱蔽性的發(fā)展和口譯服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高。
[Abstract]:Interpretation is a communicative activity influenced by many factors. Although simultaneous interpretation and communication are becoming more and more popular in the international arena, public service interpretation is also due to its flexibility. Accuracy and professionalism play a vital role in social activities such as business conferences and healthcare. In the field of public service interpretation, there is a crucial requirement, namely concealment. Compared with other standards of interpretation quality, there is less research on concealment. Although many professional interpretation associations in the public service have included concealment in their codes of conduct, with the increasing demand for public service interpretation, especially medical interpretation, is absolute concealment still feasible? This question is worth pondering over. This paper focuses on medical interpretation in public service interpretation to study the hidden features of interpretation. At the beginning of the paper, the author briefly introduces the development of public service interpretation in Britain and China, its professionalism and the existing problems. Then, through the discussion of the hidden and visible roles of interpreters, the concept of "the role of medical service interpreters changes with the situation" is introduced, and then the concealment and fairness are compared. This paper analyzes the concealment from the perspectives of public service interpretation itself and clients, and draws the conclusion that "in medical interpretation, the combination of concealment and visibility needs to provide better interpretation services for clients". Finally, the improvement strategies in policy and practice are put forward in order to promote the development of concealment and the improvement of interpretation service quality.
