【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展以及中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放政策的加速實(shí)施,近幾年來(lái)越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)企業(yè)開(kāi)始參與到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,國(guó)際競(jìng)標(biāo)活動(dòng)中頻繁出現(xiàn)中國(guó)企業(yè)的身影。招標(biāo)文件作為整個(gè)招投標(biāo)活動(dòng)的法律依據(jù)和指南,對(duì)有效開(kāi)展招投標(biāo)活動(dòng)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此,招標(biāo)文件的翻譯質(zhì)量對(duì)企業(yè)招投標(biāo)的順利開(kāi)展以及利益得失有著舉足輕重的作用。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告立足于筆者在上海譯國(guó)譯民翻譯公司實(shí)習(xí)期間所承擔(dān)的Medigadda大壩招標(biāo)公告翻譯實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目要求譯者具備相關(guān)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),保證譯文準(zhǔn)確專(zhuān)業(yè)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)周密,符合招投標(biāo)文本嚴(yán)肅正式的文體特征。本報(bào)告共分為四大部分:第一章翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括該項(xiàng)目的背景、特點(diǎn)以及意義。第二章翻譯項(xiàng)目過(guò)程,分為譯前準(zhǔn)備、具體翻譯執(zhí)行計(jì)劃以及譯后質(zhì)量控制三個(gè)部分。第三章案例分析,是實(shí)踐報(bào)告的主體,筆者以德國(guó)功能翻譯理論作為指導(dǎo),主要對(duì)翻譯材料的文本特征、詞匯及句法特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,探討如何根據(jù)德國(guó)功能翻譯理論,靈活運(yùn)用直譯、增譯、語(yǔ)態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化、詞性轉(zhuǎn)換以及拆分與重組譯法等翻譯技巧進(jìn)行翻譯,確保譯文信息準(zhǔn)確真實(shí)、條理清晰嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。第四章結(jié)論,針對(duì)整個(gè)翻譯實(shí)踐過(guò)程進(jìn)行回顧反思,以供從事招標(biāo)相關(guān)行業(yè)譯者參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration and the accelerated implementation of China's policy of opening to the outside world, more and more Chinese enterprises begin to participate in the international competition in various fields in recent years, and Chinese enterprises frequently appear in the international bidding activities. As the legal basis and guide of the whole bidding activities, the bidding documents play a vital role in the effective development of the bidding activities. Therefore, the translation quality of bidding documents plays an important role in the smooth development of bidding and profit. This practice report is based on the translation practice project of Medigadda dam tender announcement undertaken by the author during his internship at Shanghai Yanguo Translation Company. The project requires the translator to have relevant professional knowledge to ensure that the translation is accurate, professional, rigorous, and in line with the formal stylistic features of the tender text. This report is divided into four parts: the first chapter introduces the translation project, including the background, characteristics and significance of the project. The second chapter consists of three parts: pre-translation preparation, translation execution plan and post-translation quality control. The third chapter, case analysis, is the main body of the practice report. Under the guidance of the German functional translation theory, the author makes a detailed analysis of the text features, lexical and syntactic characteristics and difficulties of translation materials. Based on the German functional translation theory, this paper discusses how to make use of the translation techniques such as literal translation, incremental translation, voice transformation, part-of-speech conversion and split and recombination translation to ensure that the translation information is accurate and true, and that the translation information is clear and rigorous. Chapter four concludes by reviewing the whole process of translation practice in order to provide a reference for translators engaged in bidding related industries.
