【摘要】：本論文為2016年中國江西省政府工作報告模擬口譯實踐報告。每年國務(wù)院和各省政府都會舉辦政府工作報告,這份報告的口譯工作對譯員提出了很高的要求。在對這份報告進行口譯的過程中,作者遇到并處理了來自語言層面和非語言層面的問題。對于來自語言層面的問題,作者采用了直譯、意譯加注的翻譯策略,以及增補、省譯、和邏輯斷句等翻譯技巧;來自非語言層面的問題包括注意力管理、筆記、以及數(shù)字信息的口譯,對于這些問題,作者從相關(guān)理論方面做了分析并提出了相應(yīng)的解決建議,對于非語言層面的問題,足夠的專業(yè)訓練至關(guān)重要。本論文分五個章節(jié),第一章介紹了本實踐報告的背景信息,以及政府工作報告的概念和內(nèi)容;第二章介紹了政治文本的特點——文風正式、政治術(shù)語使用頻繁、語氣權(quán)威堅定,翻譯政治文本所需具備的素質(zhì)和能力,以及翻譯過程中需遵循的原則;第三章介紹了譯前準備工作——理論準備和實踐準備;第四章為本論文的重點章節(jié),作者在其中討論了口譯過程中遇到的語言層面的和非語言層面的難題,以及處理那些難題的方法和建議,具體為如何用直譯意譯的翻譯策略對具中國特色的詞匯進行翻譯,如何對結(jié)構(gòu)不完整的句子進行主語或連接語的補充,如何對中文中的冗余現(xiàn)象進行省譯,如何對長而復雜的句子進行邏輯分析和斷句,以及對信息識記環(huán)節(jié),筆記環(huán)節(jié)和數(shù)字口譯環(huán)節(jié)中出現(xiàn)的問題提出建議和解決方法;第五章對此次口譯活動進行了總結(jié),討論了作者從此次翻譯實踐活動中得到的經(jīng)驗,同時也提出了尚未解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practical report on simulated interpretation of the work report of Jiangxi Provincial Government in 2016. Every year, the State Department and provincial governments organize government work reports, the interpretation of which is very demanding for interpreters. In the process of interpreting the report, the author has encountered and dealt with the problems from the linguistic and non-linguistic levels. For the problems from the linguistic level, the author adopts the translation strategies of literal translation, free translation and annotation, as well as translation techniques such as supplement, translation saving, and logical breakage, while the questions from the non-linguistic level include attention management, notes, and so on. As well as the interpretation of digital information, the author makes an analysis of these problems from the relevant theoretical aspects and puts forward the corresponding solutions, for the non-linguistic level of the problem, adequate professional training is very important. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background information of the practice report and the concept and content of the government work report, the second chapter introduces the characteristics of the political text-formal style, frequent use of political terms, strong tone of authority. The quality and ability of translating political texts, and the principles to be followed in the process of translation. Chapter three introduces the pre-translation preparations-theoretical and practical preparation. Chapter four is the focus of this thesis. In this part, the author discusses the linguistic and non-linguistic problems encountered in the process of interpreting, as well as the methods and suggestions for dealing with these problems, specifically how to use literal translation strategies to translate words with Chinese characteristics. How to complement the sentence with incomplete structure, how to economize the redundant phenomenon in Chinese, how to analyze and break the long and complicated sentence, and how to memorize the information. In the fifth chapter, the author summarizes the interpretation activity and discusses the author's experience from the translation practice. At the same time, it also puts forward the unsolved problems.
