初中英語閱讀中的詞匯附帶習(xí)得應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:英語閱讀在英語詞匯學(xué)習(xí)中扮演著重要角色。閱讀對附帶詞匯習(xí)得的不少研究已經(jīng)表明,如果詞匯附帶習(xí)得是大量且持續(xù)的閱讀計劃的一部分,那么詞匯在閱讀中的附帶習(xí)得可以說是詞匯學(xué)習(xí)的主要來源。充足和流利使用的詞匯也是能夠高效地進(jìn)行聽、說、讀、寫的保證。因此重要的是如何將詞匯附帶習(xí)得應(yīng)用于廣泛的閱讀背景之中。本文的研究問題是英語閱讀中的詞匯附帶習(xí)得是否能增加學(xué)生的詞匯量?英語閱讀中的詞匯附帶習(xí)得的優(yōu)點有哪些?如何將詞匯附帶習(xí)得應(yīng)用于初中英語閱讀中?本文在論述了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)以及國內(nèi)外關(guān)于詞匯附帶習(xí)得和英語閱讀教學(xué)的研究之后,比較詳細(xì)地描述了筆者在上海一所中學(xué)所做的實驗,即如何將詞匯附帶習(xí)得應(yīng)用于初中英語閱讀之中。實驗所做的研究方法是問卷調(diào)查法、課堂觀察法和實驗法,重點是教案設(shè)計,展示了具體的操作過程,驗證了詞匯附帶習(xí)得在初中英語閱讀教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的有效性。實驗結(jié)果表明,英語閱讀中的詞匯附帶習(xí)得方法增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語詞匯的信心,激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。英語閱讀中的詞匯附帶習(xí)得對初中生英語詞匯成績的提高具有積極的作用。
[Abstract]:English reading plays an important role in English vocabulary learning. Many studies on incidental vocabulary acquisition in reading have shown that if incidental vocabulary acquisition is part of a large and continuous reading program, incidental vocabulary acquisition in reading can be said to be the main source of vocabulary learning. Adequate and fluent use of vocabulary is also a guarantee of efficient listening, speaking, reading and writing. Therefore, it is important to apply incidental vocabulary acquisition to a wide range of reading contexts. The question in this thesis is whether incidental vocabulary acquisition in English reading can increase students' vocabulary size. What are the advantages of incidental vocabulary acquisition in English reading? How to apply incidental vocabulary acquisition to junior high school English reading? After discussing the theoretical basis of the study and the studies on incidental vocabulary acquisition and English reading teaching both at home and abroad, this paper describes in detail the experiments carried out by the author in a secondary school in Shanghai. That is, how to apply incidental vocabulary acquisition to junior high school English reading. The research methods of the experiment are questionnaire survey, classroom observation and experiment, with emphasis on the design of teaching plan, which shows the concrete operation process and verifies the effectiveness of incidental vocabulary acquisition in junior high school English reading teaching. The experimental results show that incidental vocabulary acquisition in English reading enhances students' confidence in learning English vocabulary and arouses students' interest in learning English. Incidental vocabulary acquisition in English reading plays a positive role in improving junior high school students' English vocabulary scores.
