【摘要】：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是為獲得最佳生產(chǎn)秩序而制定的一類文件。隨著全球化的不斷深入,各國在不同行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定與交流方面有了很大發(fā)展,因此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)類文本的翻譯日益增多。為滿足中國加入世貿(mào)組織和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對外活動的需要,原國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督技術(shù)局從1997年起就陸續(xù)將部分國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯成英文,并制定了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英譯指南,借此推動中國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“走出去”。筆者于2016年與濟(jì)南譯軟信息技術(shù)有限公司簽訂了翻譯服務(wù)協(xié)議,并于5月到6月翻譯了系列食品安全類國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。此類文本具有技術(shù)文本的專業(yè)性和法律文本的強(qiáng)制性,以技術(shù)性專業(yè)表達(dá)為主,因此翻譯具有一定難度。基于此翻譯實踐,在賴斯的文本類型理論指導(dǎo)下,本報告從術(shù)語翻譯與管理、中文長句翻譯和篇章連貫性三個層面分析翻譯實踐中遇到的困難,結(jié)合搜索引擎和機(jī)輔翻譯軟件解決術(shù)語翻譯與管理問題,采用斷句和被動語態(tài)解決中文長句或無主句翻譯問題,并使用合理的代詞和連詞實現(xiàn)譯文文本的連貫性。本報告旨在明確國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文本特征,為其英譯提出適用性策略,以期為國內(nèi)目前并不成熟的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英譯領(lǐng)域提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Standards are a class of documents designed to obtain the best order of production. With the deepening of globalization, various countries have made great progress in the formulation and exchange of standards in different industries, so the translation of standard texts is increasing day by day. In order to meet the needs of China's accession to the WTO and the standardization of foreign activities, the former State Bureau of quality Supervision and Technology has since 1997 successively translated some national standards into English and formulated guidelines for the translation of standards into English. In order to promote Chinese standards, "go out." The author signed a translation service agreement with Jinan Translation soft Information Technology Co., Ltd in 2016 and translated a series of national standards on food safety from May to June. This kind of text is specialized in technical text and compulsory in legal text, so it is difficult to translate. Based on this translation practice, under the guidance of Rice's text typology theory, this report analyzes the difficulties encountered in translation practice from three aspects: term translation and management, Chinese long sentence translation and text coherence. Combined with search engine and computer-aided translation software to solve the problem of terminology translation and management, to solve the problem of translation of Chinese long sentence or no subject sentence by using break sentence and passive voice, and to use reasonable pronoun and conjunction to realize the coherence of the translated text. The purpose of this report is to clarify the textual features of national standards and to propose applicable strategies for their translation into English in order to provide useful references for the field of English translation of national standards which are not mature at present in China.
