【摘要】：本文選取兩篇英文文本《創(chuàng)業(yè)101—如何通過眾籌成功地開創(chuàng)事業(yè)》和《商業(yè)借貸(卷一)》作為語料,進行英漢翻譯實踐,在此基礎上撰寫翻譯實踐報告。這兩本書均屬商業(yè)題材,旨在通過介紹美國眾籌融資和多種貸款途徑,為創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供創(chuàng)業(yè)資金來源。對這類商業(yè)文本的翻譯不僅能介紹國外的創(chuàng)業(yè)方法與經(jīng)驗,有助于為國內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供借鑒,而且也能夠豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)領域相關文本的翻譯,為研究人員提供新的研究方向。筆者在翻譯過程中,以紐馬克“文本類型理論”為指導,針對英漢兩種語言和文化的差異,結(jié)合語義翻譯和交際翻譯方法,采用詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、句子分拆與合并等技巧,處理融資類文本翻譯中的難點,使譯文盡可能傳神地再現(xiàn)原文思想和內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:This paper selects two English texts "Entrepreneurship 101- how to successfully start a Business by crowdfunding" and "Business Lending (Volume 1)" as the corpus to carry out English-Chinese translation practice, and then write a translation practice report on this basis. Both books are about business and are designed to provide a source of venture capital for entrepreneurs by introducing American crowdfunding and multiple ways of lending. The translation of this kind of commercial text can not only introduce foreign entrepreneurial methods and experiences, but also enrich the translation of relevant texts in the field of entrepreneurship and provide a new research direction for researchers. In the process of translation, under the guidance of Newmark's "text Type Theory", aiming at the differences between English and Chinese languages and cultures, combining semantic translation and communicative translation, the author adopts such techniques as part-of-speech conversion, sentence splitting and merging. To deal with the difficulties in the translation of financing texts, so that the original ideas and contents can be reproduced as vividly as possible.
