【摘要】：本次翻譯報告內(nèi)容摘自著作《水安全:原則、論點和實踐》(Water Security—Principles,Perspectives and Practices)的第二部分,屬于文獻類文本,原文《氣候變化中的水安全》(Water Security in a Changing Climate)由迪克蘭·康威(Declan Conway)所著。主要總結(jié)了關(guān)于水資源和氣候變化的文獻;追溯了水資源及氣候變化研究的發(fā)展;提出了一種類型學(xué)研究來代表自21世紀(jì)初以來激增的研究。本翻譯報告主要包含四個部分:第一部分是翻譯項目的整體介紹,包括項目選題原因、意義及目標(biāo)等;第二部分是關(guān)于翻譯的譯前準(zhǔn)備,包括對原文的分析及理論支撐;第三部分為翻譯報告的主要部分,即翻譯過程,陳述了翻譯過程中的主要難點以及相應(yīng)的解決方法,針對主要用到的翻譯策略做出了實例分析;第四部分為全篇報告總結(jié),并針對待解決的問題引發(fā)了筆者相應(yīng)的思考。本翻譯報告將從術(shù)語選擇和長難句的翻譯技巧兩方面進行深刻分析,在項目介紹、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、項目背景闡述和總結(jié)翻譯進程的框架下,全面立體地分析了氣候變化中的水安全的翻譯過程。這份翻譯報告旨在為當(dāng)前的水文研究提供可讀的數(shù)據(jù),并為國內(nèi)水資源管理者提供一定的理論支撐。
[Abstract]:The translated report is taken from the second part of the book Water Security-Principlesi Perspectives and practices, which is a bibliographic text, original Water Security in a changing Climateby Declan Conway. This paper summarizes the literature on water resources and climate change, traces the development of water resources and climate change research, and proposes a typological study to represent the surge of research since the beginning of the 21st century. The translation report consists of four parts: the first part is the overall introduction of the translation project, including the reasons, significance and objectives of the project, and the second part is about the pre-translation preparation, including the analysis and theoretical support of the original text. The third part is the main part of the translation report, that is, the translation process, which describes the main difficulties in the translation process and the corresponding solutions, and makes an example analysis of the translation strategies mainly used. The fourth part is a summary of the whole report. And in view of the problem to be solved, the author thinks about it. This translation report will provide in-depth analysis in terms of terminology selection and translation techniques for long sentences, within the framework of project introduction, structural analysis, project background elaboration and summary of the translation process. The translation process of water security in climate change is analyzed in a comprehensive and stereoscopic way. The translated report aims to provide readable data for current hydrological research and theoretical support for domestic water resource managers.
