【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,原文為邁克爾·羅斯所寫的《大學(xué)之外:論博雅教育的重要性》一書第二章。第二章圍繞實(shí)用主義展開(kāi),大體介紹布克·華盛頓、杜波依斯、簡(jiǎn)·亞當(dāng)斯和威廉·詹姆斯等教育家的教育經(jīng)歷及其主要思想。對(duì)于其中每個(gè)教育家的評(píng)價(jià),作者的觀點(diǎn)都不失客觀公道。通過(guò)閱讀本章節(jié),讀者可以對(duì)美國(guó)的高等教育有一個(gè)大致了解。在本翻譯報(bào)告中,通過(guò)彰顯美國(guó)高等教育的長(zhǎng)處,意在促進(jìn)中國(guó)相關(guān)方面的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也豐富譯者的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本篇翻譯報(bào)告分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章介紹項(xiàng)目背景,突出項(xiàng)目意義。第二章主要講了作者的基本信息和書的基本內(nèi)容。第三章介紹翻譯實(shí)踐中的指導(dǎo)理論和對(duì)原文本的分析。第四章具體描述翻譯中出現(xiàn)的難點(diǎn)以及相應(yīng)的翻譯方法。最后一章總結(jié)整個(gè)翻譯項(xiàng)目,表達(dá)譯者的翻譯感悟和待解決的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:This article is a report of the translation project, which is written by Michael Ross, "outside the University: the importance of the education of Boya > second chapters." the second chapter focuses on pragmatism, giving a general introduction to the educational experiences and main ideas of Booker Washington, Dubois, Jan Adams and William James. By reading this chapter, readers can have a general understanding of American higher education. In this translation report, by showing the strengths of higher education in the United States, it is intended to promote the development of China's related aspects and enrich the practical experience of the translator. The first chapter introduces the background of the project and highlights the significance of the project. The second chapter mainly tells the basic information of the author and the basic contents of the book. The third chapter introduces the guiding theory and the analysis of the original text in the third chapter. The fourth chapter describes the difficulties and the corresponding translation methods in the translation. The last chapter sums up the whole translation. The translation project expresses the translator's understanding of translation and the problems to be solved.
