高職院校英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的敘事研究

【摘要】:高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展水平的高低直接影響了高職英語教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,進(jìn)而影響了高職學(xué)生的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。高職英語教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升不僅僅依賴于各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度的實(shí)施,更是取決于高職英語教師有目的、有計(jì)劃的專業(yè)自主發(fā)展。但是現(xiàn)實(shí)中,高職英語教師忙于生活和工作的壓力,其專業(yè)自主發(fā)展?fàn)顩r值得憂慮。本研究以廣東省汕尾市汕尾職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的四位高職英語教師為研究對(duì)象,希望通過對(duì)他們的深入探究,用質(zhì)性研究方法展現(xiàn)他們?cè)趯I(yè)自主發(fā)展各個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)狀及問題。不過由于質(zhì)性研究方法本身的局限性,本研究不期望推廣,但力圖為研究者呈現(xiàn)幾位高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的真實(shí)狀態(tài),希望引起研究者對(duì)高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)關(guān)切與理論探索。本文共由四章組成。第一章主要介紹了高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的背景,包括選題緣由、相關(guān)理論研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義、相關(guān)概念的界定及研究過程。第二章主要通過教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展理論和質(zhì)性材料的結(jié)合呈現(xiàn)了四位高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的背景、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容和路徑等。第三章是高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展影響因素的闡釋,內(nèi)容涉及個(gè)人、家庭及學(xué)校三個(gè)主要方面。第四章是高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的啟示。依據(jù)對(duì)正文的深描和分析,歸納出本研究的幾點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn):專業(yè)自主發(fā)展目標(biāo)的抉擇是教師基于對(duì)主觀環(huán)境和客觀環(huán)境的理性認(rèn)識(shí);專業(yè)自主發(fā)展內(nèi)容的完善以提升其專業(yè)自主發(fā)展意識(shí)為前提;專業(yè)自主發(fā)展路徑的開拓主要在于教師個(gè)人的努力,同時(shí)學(xué)校要為教師搭建平臺(tái)并賦權(quán);專業(yè)自主發(fā)展各影響因素的協(xié)調(diào)能為教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展創(chuàng)造寬松的條件,其中合理安排自由時(shí)間是高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的重要保障。結(jié)語提出了真愛教師職業(yè)是高職英語教師專業(yè)自主發(fā)展的最深層動(dòng)源。
[Abstract]:The level of professional autonomy of English teachers in higher vocational education has a direct impact on the quality of English teaching in higher vocational education and further affects the long-term development of students in higher vocational education. The improvement of professional quality of English teachers in higher vocational colleges not only depends on the implementation of various rules and regulations, but also depends on the purposeful, planned and autonomous development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. But in reality, higher vocational English teachers are busy with the pressure of life and work. This study takes four English teachers from Shanwei Vocational and Technical College in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province as the research object, hoping to reveal their current situation and problems in various aspects of their independent professional development by means of qualitative research. However, due to the limitations of qualitative research methods, this study does not expect to be popularized, but tries to present to the researchers the true state of professional autonomy of several vocational English teachers. This paper hopes to arouse the researchers' practical concern and theoretical exploration on the professional autonomy of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the professional autonomy development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, including the reason of choosing the topic, the current situation of relevant theoretical research, the significance of the research, the definition of relevant concepts and the research process. The second chapter presents the background, goal, content and path of professional autonomy development of four English teachers through the combination of teachers' professional autonomy development theory and qualitative materials. Chapter three is the explanation of the influencing factors of the professional autonomy development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, including personal, family and school. The fourth chapter is the enlightenment of the independent development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. According to the deep description and analysis of the text, the author concludes several points of this study: the choice of the goal of professional self-development is based on the rational understanding of the subjective and objective environment; The improvement of the content of professional autonomous development is based on enhancing the consciousness of professional autonomous development, and the development of the path of professional autonomous development mainly lies in the individual efforts of teachers, while the school should set up a platform for teachers and empower them. The coordination of influencing factors of professional autonomous development can create relaxed conditions for teachers' professional autonomous development, among which reasonable arrangement of free time is an important guarantee for the professional autonomy development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges. In conclusion, the author points out that the profession of true love is the deepest source of the independent development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges.
