【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展以及社會(huì)進(jìn)步,我國(guó)政府文件的翻譯已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到翻譯工作者的重視。在本次翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告中,作者嘗試對(duì)《臨沂市國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要》這一政府文件進(jìn)行翻譯,以期讓國(guó)外讀者更好地了解臨沂市的發(fā)展規(guī)劃與前景。在本次課題的研究中,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括五個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,這一部分簡(jiǎn)要研究以及梳理了翻譯任務(wù)的背景、翻譯任務(wù)的重要性以及本次課題研究的框架。第二部分是翻譯任務(wù)的描述,主要研究了翻譯文本的內(nèi)容以及翻譯文本的功能以及風(fēng)格。第三部分是理論基礎(chǔ),簡(jiǎn)要介紹了功能對(duì)等理論,分析了功能對(duì)等理論在翻譯中的重要性。第四部分是翻譯過(guò)程分析,主要從翻譯前的準(zhǔn)備、翻譯以及翻譯質(zhì)量控制這幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。第五部分是案例分析部分,這部分從詞匯層面、句法層面以及語(yǔ)篇層面進(jìn)行了分類分析,重點(diǎn)分析了縮寫(xiě)詞與范疇詞的翻譯、無(wú)主語(yǔ)句子與長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯等問(wèn)題及解決的對(duì)策。最后一部分是本文的結(jié)論,通過(guò)本文的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告可以看出,在實(shí)際翻譯的過(guò)程中,在功能對(duì)等理論的指導(dǎo)下,從詞匯層面、語(yǔ)法層面以及語(yǔ)篇層面選擇合適的翻譯方法對(duì)于語(yǔ)義理解和語(yǔ)篇連貫有著重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's foreign economy and social progress, translation of government documents has been paid more and more attention by translators. In this translation practice report, the author attempts to translate the 13th Five-Year Plan outline for National Economic and Social Development of Linyi City, in order to make foreign readers better understand the development plan and prospects of Linyi City. In the research of this topic, the main research content includes five parts: the first part is introduction, this part briefly studies and combs the background of translation task, the importance of translation task and the framework of this research. The second part is the description of the translation task, which mainly studies the content of the translated text, the function and style of the translated text. The third part is the theoretical basis, briefly introduces the functional equivalence theory, and analyzes the importance of functional equivalence theory in translation. The fourth part is the analysis of translation process, mainly from the aspects of pre-translation preparation, translation and translation quality control. The fifth part is the case analysis part, which is classified from lexical level, syntactic level and discourse level. It focuses on the translation of acronyms and category words, the translation of no-subject sentences and long difficult sentences, and the countermeasures to solve them. The last part is the conclusion of this paper. Through the translation practice report, we can see that in the actual translation process, under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, we can see from the lexical level. The choice of appropriate translation methods at the grammatical and textual levels plays an important role in semantic understanding and discourse coherence.
