【摘要】：文化交往在世界各民族間,日益頻繁和擴(kuò)大,翻譯已成為語(yǔ)言交流中一座不可或缺的橋梁。小說(shuō)與散文、詩(shī)歌、戲劇并稱(chēng)為四大文學(xué)門(mén)類(lèi)。針對(duì)小說(shuō)這種文學(xué)作品的翻譯,怎樣克服語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣的差異,將原作中的情節(jié)生動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)成為筆者重點(diǎn)解決的問(wèn)題。本文是筆者翻譯小說(shuō)Man and Wife的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。面對(duì)豐富的文本內(nèi)容,筆者選擇了紐馬克的翻譯理論—語(yǔ)義翻譯和交際翻譯作為理論基礎(chǔ)。因?yàn)檫@一理論歸納了三種文本類(lèi)型—表達(dá)功能型、信息功能型和呼喚功能型,很適用于小說(shuō)中不同的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)。除了選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)姆g理論作為基礎(chǔ),好的譯文還需要具體到語(yǔ)言細(xì)節(jié)上的處理。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,筆者結(jié)合英譯漢的特點(diǎn)選擇了詞類(lèi)轉(zhuǎn)換、增譯、拆譯等翻譯方法。通過(guò)以上方面的努力,筆者盡量使譯文和原文在內(nèi)容和風(fēng)格上保持一致,爭(zhēng)取達(dá)到與原文接近的文學(xué)效果。報(bào)告內(nèi)容主要包括四部分:引言、原文介紹、翻譯案例分析和總結(jié)。筆者結(jié)合語(yǔ)義翻譯和交際翻譯理論對(duì)整個(gè)翻譯過(guò)程及相關(guān)文本內(nèi)容的處理方法進(jìn)行總結(jié),還對(duì)英譯漢的翻譯技巧進(jìn)行了舉例闡述。本報(bào)告呈現(xiàn)的翻譯案例分析,是筆者對(duì)自己的翻譯過(guò)程中的思考和一些處理方法的記錄,希望能為文學(xué)小說(shuō)翻譯提供一個(gè)案例。
[Abstract]:With the increasing frequency and expansion of cultural exchanges among nations in the world, translation has become an indispensable bridge in language exchange. Novels and prose, poetry, drama are known as the four major categories of literature. How to overcome the differences of language habits and present the plot vividly in the original works has become a key problem for the translation of literary works such as novels. This paper is the translation practice report of the author's translation novel Man and Wife. In the face of abundant text content, the author chooses Newmark's translation theory-semantic translation and communicative translation as the theoretical basis. Because this theory induces three kinds of text types: expression function, information function and call function, they are suitable for different language expressions in the novel. In addition to choosing appropriate translation theories as the basis, a good translation needs to be dealt with in detail. In this process, the author chooses some translation methods, such as part of speech conversion, incremental translation and translation breaking, according to the characteristics of English-Chinese translation. Through the above efforts, the author tries to keep the content and style of the translation and the original text consistent, and strive to achieve a literary effect close to that of the original text. The report mainly includes four parts: introduction, translation case analysis and summary. Combined with semantic translation and communicative translation theory, the author summarizes the whole process of translation and the processing methods of relevant text content, and illustrates the translation skills of English-Chinese translation. The translation case analysis presented in this report is a record of the author's thinking and some processing methods in the process of translation, hoping to provide a case for literary novel translation.
