【摘要】：此翻譯實踐所選書目為美國CBS董事長尼娜·塔斯勒主筆的《女兒,我想告訴你》,筆者選取了原書目前十章的內容進行漢譯。此次翻譯實踐報告的目的在于:第一,研究功能主義目的論在翻譯實踐過程中的指導意義;第二,了解整個翻譯流程,從譯前準備到正式翻譯階段,再到翻譯校對階段,從中總結恰當的翻譯策略及翻譯感悟,以后再遇到類似的翻譯文本時可以有所借鑒。第三,總結翻譯過程中遇到的重難點及解決辦法,對之后的翻譯實踐起指導和借鑒作用。在翻譯實踐過程中,選擇恰當的翻譯方法、翻譯策略是譯者不可避免的問題也是翻譯實踐能否順利進行的關鍵。功能目的論提出了“翻譯的最終目的決定翻譯過程所使用的方法與翻譯策略”,這為翻譯方法的選擇提供了一種思路。一直以來,中外學者大都認為功能目的論適用于目的性較強的應用文本,例如廣告、說明書等。那么,功能目的論是否對表達型文本具有指導意義呢?此翻譯實踐即對此類型文本的翻譯實踐進行了分析,對功能目的論在該類翻譯實踐中的指導意義進行了探討。在翻譯實踐過程中,筆者以功能目的論中的目的性原則、忠實性原則以及連貫性原則作為理論指導,選用恰當的翻譯方法進行翻譯。在此翻譯報告中,筆者列舉實例,從詞匯翻譯與句子翻譯兩大方面出發(fā),在功能目的論指導下采用直譯與意譯、增譯與省譯等翻譯策略。探討譯者如何在翻譯實踐過程中以功能目的論作為理論指導,以及證明功能目的論在翻譯實踐中具有指導意義。
[Abstract]:The selected bibliography of this translation practice is "daughter, I want to tell you" by Nina Tessler, chairman of CBS in the United States. The author selects the contents of the current ten chapters of the original book for translation into Chinese. The purpose of this translation practice report is: first, to study the guiding significance of functionalist Skopos in the process of translation practice; second, to understand the whole translation process, from pre-translation preparation to formal translation, and then to translation proofreading. This paper summarizes the appropriate translation strategies and translation insights, and can learn from them when it comes to similar translation texts. Thirdly, it summarizes the important difficulties and solutions encountered in the process of translation, and serves as a guide and reference for the later translation practice. In the process of translation practice, choosing the appropriate translation method, translation strategy is the inevitable problem of the translator and the key to the smooth implementation of translation practice. The functional Skopos theory puts forward that "the ultimate purpose of translation determines the methods and strategies used in the process of translation", which provides a way of thinking for the choice of translation methods. All the time, Chinese and foreign scholars think that functional Skopos Theory is suitable for more purposive applied texts, such as advertisements, brochures and so on. So, does functional teleology have the guiding significance to the expressive text? This translation practice analyzes the translation practice of this type of text and probes into the guiding significance of functional Skopos theory in this kind of translation practice. In the course of translation practice, the author uses the Skopos principle, the faithfulness principle and the coherence principle as the theoretical guidance, and chooses the appropriate translation methods to carry on the translation. In this translation report, the author enumerates examples from the two aspects of lexical translation and sentence translation, and under the guidance of functional Skopos theory, adopts translation strategies such as literal translation and free translation, incremental translation and saving translation. This paper discusses how the translator is guided by functional Skopos in translation practice, and proves that functional Skopos Theory has guiding significance in translation practice.
