【摘要】：隨著全球經濟的快速發(fā)展,中國的國際地位日漸增強,世界各國都希望去了解中國并與中國進行商業(yè)往來、貿易合作。政府工作報告包含了我國社會、經濟、文化各方面的發(fā)展狀況及未來發(fā)展的方向,為國外人士了解中國國情提供了有效的途徑,因此政府工作報告的英譯在對外交流與合作中扮演著越來越重要的角色。本文是一篇漢譯英翻譯實踐報告,筆者旨在通過對《2016年青島市黃島區(qū)政府工作報告》的翻譯,從詞匯、句法和修辭三方面出發(fā)分析《報告》語言特點,并在目的論目的原則、連貫原則和忠實原則指導下,分析在翻譯政府工作報告過程中遇到的問題和采取的相關翻譯策略。本實踐報告共分五章,第一章簡述了《報告》的背景以及項目來源;第二章是譯前準備,包括翻譯準備工作,文本類型分析以及語言特點分析;第三章案例分析是本實踐報告的核心部分,首先筆者概述目的論三原則,其次筆者結合《報告》的語言特點,從目的論三原則出發(fā),分析在翻譯過程中遇到的問題和采取的相關策略;第四章是項目評估,筆者完成翻譯實踐的翻譯工作之后,選取三個不同職業(yè)的從業(yè)者對譯文進行閱讀,對譯文中不通順和難理解的地方進行反饋,筆者對反饋進行分析后繼續(xù)完善《報告》翻譯;第五章是總結,筆者總結了在翻譯過程中所獲得的經驗教訓、啟發(fā),并指出譯本中仍待解決的問題,回顧了自己在翻譯過程中的所學所悟,提出了一些自己的看法,并指出了翻譯工作中的不足和有待提高的地方。本實踐報告表明,目的論三原則對《2016年青島市黃島區(qū)政府工作報告》譯文有很好的理論指導作用。同時筆者也真正認識到理論與實踐結合的重要性。本翻譯實踐報告期待能夠為此類文本譯者提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, China's international position is increasing. All countries in the world want to understand China and conduct business and trade cooperation with China. The government work report contains the social, economic and cultural development of our country and the direction of its future development, which provides an effective way for foreign people to understand China's national conditions. Therefore, the translation of government work reports plays an increasingly important role in foreign exchanges and cooperation. This paper is a practical report on Chinese-English translation. The author aims to analyze the linguistic characteristics of the report from the perspectives of vocabulary, syntax and rhetoric, and to analyze the Skopos principle through the translation of the report on the work of the Huangdao District Government in Qingdao, 2016, from the perspectives of vocabulary, syntax and rhetoric. Under the guidance of the principle of coherence and faithfulness, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of translating government work reports and the relevant translation strategies. This practice report is divided into five chapters. Chapter one describes the background of the report and the source of the project, the second chapter is the pre-translation preparation, including translation preparation, text type analysis and language characteristics analysis. The third chapter case analysis is the core part of this practice report. Firstly, the author summarizes the three principles of teleology, secondly, the author combines the linguistic characteristics of the report and proceeds from the three principles of teleology. The fourth chapter is the project evaluation. After the author completes the translation practice, he selects three different professional practitioners to read the translation. After analyzing the feedback, the author continues to improve the translation of the report. The fifth chapter is a summary, the author summarizes the experience and lessons learned in the process of translation. The author also points out the problems that remain to be solved in the translation, reviews what he has learned in the course of translation, puts forward some views, and points out the shortcomings and the areas to be improved in the translation work. This practice report shows that the three principles of Skopos Theory have a good theoretical guidance on the translation of "Qingdao Huangdao District Government work report 2016". At the same time, the author also realized the importance of combining theory with practice. This translation practice report is expected to provide some references for such text translators.
