關于英語專業(yè)本科生導師制的問題相關研究

【摘要】:本科生導師制屬于人才培養(yǎng)途徑范疇,備受高等院校青睞。本科生導師制注重"因材施教",能夠促使高等教育成效提升。然而,該種人才培養(yǎng)模式并未實施太長時間,其存在很多亟待解決的現實問題。本文以英語專業(yè)本科生導師制為案例,分析了其實施中存在的問題,提出了建設性對策,希望對高等院校長遠發(fā)展有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Undergraduate tutorial system belongs to the category of talent training, and is favored by colleges and universities. The undergraduate tutorial system focuses on teaching students according to their aptitude, which can promote the effectiveness of higher education. However, the talent training model has not been implemented for a long time, and there are many practical problems to be solved. Taking the tutorial system of English majors as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in its implementation, and puts forward some constructive countermeasures in the hope that it will be helpful to the long-term development of colleges and universities.
