【摘要】：本篇實踐報告所選取的材料是由山東鋼鐵集團有限公司制定的招標(biāo)文件,全文名稱為《山東鋼鐵集團有限公司日照鋼鐵精品基地項目3800mm爐卷軋機工程C包(主電機及主傳動系統(tǒng))國際招標(biāo)技術(shù)文件》,翻譯類型為中譯英,全文共15126詞。原文是典型的招標(biāo)文件,具有很強的目的性、時效性和明確的功能性。譯者在翻譯時,應(yīng)著力于將內(nèi)容信息準(zhǔn)確無誤傳達給委托方,幫助其更好地理解招標(biāo)文件并順利進行招標(biāo)活動。本篇報告以紐馬克的翻譯理論為指導(dǎo),意在分析作者在翻譯過程中遇到的困難及解決方法。根據(jù)語義翻譯準(zhǔn)確忠實的原則,作者采用了直譯法翻譯無對等譯文或譯文有多種選擇的詞語,采用順序譯法翻譯較長的且邏輯上有聯(lián)系的句子;根據(jù)交際翻譯流暢通順的翻譯原則,作者在翻譯詞匯時采用了轉(zhuǎn)換法,在翻譯句子時轉(zhuǎn)換為被動句以及使用"It" "Therebe"等句式結(jié)構(gòu)。本次翻譯實踐證明,紐馬克的語義翻譯和交際翻譯理論能夠保證譯文準(zhǔn)確,且被目標(biāo)語讀者接受,根據(jù)該理論相應(yīng)地采取一些翻譯策略,可以對招標(biāo)文件的翻譯提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:The materials selected in this practice report are the tender documents drawn up by Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. The title of the paper is "Technical document of International bidding for 3800mm Steckel Rolling Mill Project of Rizhao Iron and Steel works Base of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.". The translation type is Chinese and English, and the full text is 15126 words. The original text is a typical bidding document, with a strong purpose, timeliness and clear functionality. The translator should make great efforts to convey the content information accurately to the client so as to help him understand the tender documents better and carry out the bidding activities smoothly. Guided by Newmark's translation theory, this paper aims to analyze the difficulties encountered by the author in the process of translation and their solutions. According to the principle of accuracy and faithfulness in semantic translation, the author adopts literal translation to translate words with no equivalent translation or multiple choices in translation, and sequential translation to translate long and logically connected sentences. According to the principle of smooth and smooth translation, the author adopts the method of conversion in translating words, translating sentences into passive sentences and using sentence structures such as "it" Therebe "and so on. The translation practice proves that Newmark's theory of semantic translation and communicative translation can guarantee the accuracy of the translation and be accepted by the target language readers. According to this theory, some translation strategies can be adopted accordingly, which can provide some reference for the translation of tender documents.
