【摘要】：隨著近年來中國與東盟間的往來日益增多。開展交流與合作的領(lǐng)域不僅僅再局限于最初的政治和經(jīng)濟方面,如今也逐漸擴展至教育、人文等領(lǐng)域。舉辦國際青年干部高級研修班,是由2004年9月在北京召開的首屆中國—東盟青年事務(wù)部長會議所通過的一項倡議。該研修班的舉辦無疑對加強中國與東盟國家間的友好交往有積極作用。筆者在第43期國際青年干部高級研修班負(fù)責(zé)“新時期廣西脫貧攻堅情況介紹”專題講座中的交替?zhèn)髯g工作。此次口譯實踐的內(nèi)容是關(guān)于廣西的脫貧工作開展情況,屬于政府外宣類型材料,極具分析價值。本實踐報告選取了典型案例,運用相關(guān)理論,分析了政府外宣材料的特點,并探討了其口譯應(yīng)對策略。本報告主要分為五個部分。第一章為此次口譯任務(wù)的情況介紹;第二章圍繞口譯的前期準(zhǔn)備,探討了任務(wù)分析、受眾分析、背景知識準(zhǔn)備和課堂講座相關(guān)材料準(zhǔn)備;第三章,探討了政府外宣材料的定義及外宣翻譯中的現(xiàn)存問題,從詞匯和句子層面分析了外宣材料的特點,些存在的問題和特點,筆者并根據(jù)其現(xiàn)場口譯的語料總結(jié)出了三種翻譯應(yīng)對策略,即增譯、削減冗余和邏輯重構(gòu);第四章為口譯質(zhì)量評估,分為三個小節(jié)—自我評估、主講人及受眾的反饋,以及委托方的評估;第五章則為本報告的結(jié)論。本報告是基于筆者真實的現(xiàn)場交替?zhèn)髯g語料,通過案例分析和相關(guān)問題的探討,總結(jié)了政府外宣材料的口譯應(yīng)對策略,以供今后的口譯研究及廣大口譯學(xué)習(xí)者參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the increasing exchanges between China and ASEAN in recent years. The field of communication and cooperation is not only limited to the political and economic aspects, but also extends to the fields of education, humanities and so on. The organization of the International Youth cadre Advanced Seminar was an initiative adopted by the first China-ASEAN Ministers of Youth Affairs Conference held in Beijing in September 2004. The seminar will undoubtedly play a positive role in strengthening friendly exchanges between China and ASEAN countries. The author was responsible for consecutive interpretation in the special lecture on "introduction to overcoming Poverty in Guangxi in the New period" in the 43 ~ (th) International Young cadres' Advanced training course. The content of this interpretation practice is about the development of poverty relief work in Guangxi, which belongs to the type of publicity materials of the government, and is of great analytical value. This report selects typical cases, analyzes the characteristics of government publicity materials, and discusses its interpretation strategies. The report is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction of the interpreting task; the second chapter discusses the task analysis, audience analysis, background knowledge preparation and the preparation of the lecture materials around the early preparation of interpretation. This paper probes into the definition of government propaganda materials and the existing problems in the translation of foreign propaganda materials, and analyzes the characteristics, problems and characteristics of foreign propaganda materials from the lexical and sentence levels. The author also summarizes three translation strategies according to his in-situ interpretation corpus, namely, increasing translation, reducing redundancy and logic refactoring. Chapter four is the evaluation of interpretation quality, which is divided into three sections-self-assessment, feedback from the presenter and the audience. Chapter V is the conclusion of this report. This report is based on the author's authentic on-site consecutive interpretation corpus, through case analysis and related issues, summarizes the interpretation strategies of the government publicity materials, for future interpretation research and the vast number of interpreting learners reference.
