【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯報告。翻譯原文文本是《巴西能源法》的第三章和第四章。能源不僅是一種國家戰(zhàn)略儲備資源,同時也與日常生活息息相關(guān)。其法律體系和行業(yè)規(guī)范關(guān)系國家安全和社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展。中國和巴西分別作為東半球和西半球最大的發(fā)展中國家,在能源方面具有天然的互補性,隨著近年來中巴能源合作顯著增強,翻譯巴西能源相關(guān)法規(guī)不僅對兩國能源合作有較好地指導意義,且對我國能源法律法規(guī)的建設(shè)健全有較強的借鑒意義。本論文由四個章節(jié)組成,第一章節(jié)是引言,包括項目背景、項目目的與意義和文本內(nèi)容介紹。第二章節(jié)是譯前準備翻譯過程,闡述了翻譯過程和后期校對檢測。第三章節(jié)從詞匯、句法和篇章翻譯三個方面,分析了交際翻譯理論對個案研究的具體指導。第四章節(jié)總結(jié)了在翻譯過程中得到的經(jīng)驗教訓以及仍待解決的問題。本文的翻譯材料為普林格學術(shù)出版社于2015年出版的《巴西能源法》一書的第三章和第四章,該書并非是法律條文,而是作者對巴西能源行業(yè)法規(guī)建設(shè)進程和相關(guān)規(guī)定的綜述概括。根據(jù)紐馬克翻譯理論,在翻譯過程中,段落能反映最終質(zhì)量評估效果;句子是最基本操作單元;而大部分問題出現(xiàn)在詞匯層面。因此,在翻譯過程中,交際翻譯理論從詞匯、句法和篇章翻譯三個方面應用解決問題。通過本次翻譯實踐,筆者初步掌握了法律性文件和石油科技文件的文本特點和翻譯方法,為以后從事法律文本翻譯和石油科技翻譯的相關(guān)工作打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report. The translation of the original text is the third and fourth chapters of the Brazilian Energy Act. Energy is not only a national strategic reserve resources, but also closely related to daily life. Its legal system and industry norms are related to national security and social sustainable development. As the largest developing countries in the Eastern Hemisphere and the Western Hemisphere, respectively, China and Brazil have natural complementarities in the field of energy. The translation of Brazilian energy-related laws and regulations not only has a good guiding significance for the energy cooperation between the two countries, but also has a strong reference significance for the construction of energy laws and regulations in China. This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction, including project background, project purpose and significance, and text introduction. The second chapter deals with the process of pre-translation preparation, including translation process and post-proofreading. Chapter three analyzes the concrete guidance of communicative translation theory to case study from three aspects: lexical, syntactic and textual translation. The fourth chapter summarizes the experience and lessons learned in the process of translation, as well as the problems that remain to be solved. The translated material is chapters III and IV of the Brazilian Energy Act published by Prince academic Press in 2015, which is not a legal text. Instead, the author summarizes the construction process of Brazilian energy industry regulations and related regulations. According to Newmark's translation theory, in the process of translation, paragraphs can reflect the final quality evaluation effect; sentences are the most basic unit of operation; and most of the problems occur at the lexical level. Therefore, in the process of translation, communicative translation theory is applied to solve problems in three aspects: lexical, syntactic and textual translation. Through this translation practice, the author preliminarily grasps the text characteristics and translation methods of legal documents and petroleum science and technology documents, and lays a foundation for the related work of legal text translation and petroleum science and technology translation in the future.
