【摘要】：譯者選取了由美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)院于2016年6月出版的報(bào)告《嬰幼兒肥胖問(wèn)題研究》第三四章作為翻譯材料。該報(bào)告以0-5歲嬰幼兒為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析引起嬰幼兒肥胖的一系列因素如體力活動(dòng)、飲食模式、依賴(lài)屏幕時(shí)間和睡眠等所產(chǎn)生的影響,旨在為嬰幼兒肥胖預(yù)防工作提供相關(guān)建議。鑒于當(dāng)前肥胖問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)重性,筆者希望此篇報(bào)告的翻譯能為中國(guó)兒童肥胖預(yù)防工作提供指導(dǎo)。源語(yǔ)文本是一篇為嬰幼兒肥胖預(yù)防工作提供政策建議的報(bào)告。根據(jù)紐馬克的文本類(lèi)型理論,原文屬于信息型文本,適用于交際翻譯理論。該理論跳出了逐詞逐句翻譯的限制,強(qiáng)調(diào)譯文讀者應(yīng)獲得和原文讀者一樣的閱讀感受。譯者在交際翻譯理論的指導(dǎo)下,認(rèn)為翻譯此篇報(bào)告應(yīng)在保證忠實(shí)于原文內(nèi)容的前提下,注重譯文的表達(dá)效果,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的有效傳遞。本報(bào)告分為四個(gè)部分。第一章從介紹翻譯項(xiàng)目背景,目標(biāo)和意義的角度對(duì)翻譯項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了整體描述;第二章從內(nèi)容、結(jié)構(gòu)和語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)等方面對(duì)原文進(jìn)行了分析以及探索,并進(jìn)行了譯后的反思;第三章是本報(bào)告的重點(diǎn),在紐馬克的交際翻譯理論指導(dǎo)下,總結(jié)了翻譯過(guò)程并提出了翻譯過(guò)程中的方法和技巧,重難點(diǎn)。其中翻譯過(guò)程分為譯前準(zhǔn)備,理論指導(dǎo)以及專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)收集整理。在詞的翻譯方面,提出了借助現(xiàn)代化的翻譯工具和手段,平行文本的使用等進(jìn)行翻譯實(shí)踐;在句子翻譯方面,在紐馬克交際翻譯理論,以及忠實(shí)通順原則的指導(dǎo)下,譯者采取了直譯,意譯,增譯,減譯,分譯,合譯等翻譯方法。最后一章譯者總結(jié)了翻譯過(guò)程中尚未解決的問(wèn)題以及相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。譯者希望本篇翻譯報(bào)告能為類(lèi)似醫(yī)學(xué)報(bào)告漢譯提供一定幫助和參考。
[Abstract]:The translator selects Chapter 3 and 4 of the National Academy of Sciences' June 2016 report "the study of Infant Obesity" as translation material. The report looked at children aged 0-5 and analyzed the effects of a range of factors such as physical activity, dietary patterns, screen time dependence and sleep. The aim is to provide advice for infant obesity prevention. In view of the seriousness of the current obesity problem, the author hopes that the translation of this report can provide guidance for the prevention of obesity in Chinese children. Source language is a report providing policy recommendations for infant obesity prevention. According to Newmark's text type theory, the original text belongs to informational text and is applicable to communicative translation theory. This theory breaks away from the word-by-word translation restriction and emphasizes that the target readers should have the same reading feelings as the original readers. Under the guidance of the communicative translation theory, the translator thinks that the translation report should pay attention to the expression effect of the target text and realize the effective transmission of information on the premise of being faithful to the content of the original text. The report is divided into four parts. The first chapter gives an overall description of the translation project from the perspective of the background, objectives and meaning of the translation project, the second chapter analyzes and explores the original text from the aspects of content, structure and language characteristics, and makes a reflection on the translation. Chapter three is the focus of this report. Under the guidance of Newmark's communicative translation theory, it summarizes the process of translation and puts forward the methods and techniques in the process of translation. The translation process consists of pre-translation preparation, theoretical guidance and the collection of technical terms. In terms of the translation of words, it is proposed to use modern translation tools, parallel texts, etc. In the field of sentence translation, under the guidance of Newmark's communicative translation theory and the principle of faithfulness and smoothness. Translators adopt literal translation, free translation, addition translation, subtraction translation, partial translation, co-translation and other translation methods. In the last chapter, the translator summarizes the unsolved problems in the process of translation and the relevant experiences and lessons. The translator hopes that this translation report will provide some help and reference for the Chinese translation of similar medical reports.
