【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯實(shí)踐報告。翻譯材料節(jié)選自《國際開發(fā)協(xié)會的經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn):來自獨(dú)立評估小組的評估報告》的第二章,這篇工作報告由世界銀行于2016年出版。原文圍繞IDA(國際開發(fā)協(xié)會)的主題領(lǐng)域,例如:包容性增長、性別平等、氣候變化和危機(jī)應(yīng)對,描述了IEG(獨(dú)立評估小組)對其工作的評估結(jié)果。根據(jù)對原文語言特點(diǎn)和文本類型的分析,原文擁有豐富的專業(yè)性表達(dá),句子結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,既是一篇信息類文本又是一篇操作性文本。譯者在目的論的指導(dǎo)下,為了解決翻譯難點(diǎn),采用了一些適當(dāng)?shù)姆g方法,例如:增譯、減譯、轉(zhuǎn)換、拆分和重組,旨在提交出一篇信息完整準(zhǔn)確的譯文,以求對國內(nèi)讀者起到借鑒作用。同時,譯者希望通過此次實(shí)踐機(jī)會積累經(jīng)驗,進(jìn)一步提高自身的翻譯能力。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation practice report. The translated material is excerpted from chapter 2 of the International Development Association experience and lessons learned: assessment report from the Independent Assessment Panel, published by the World Bank in 2016. The text describes the findings of the IEG (Independent Assessment Panel) on its work around IDA's thematic areas, such as inclusive growth, gender equality, climate change and crisis response. According to the analysis of the features of the original language and the text types, the original text has rich professional expression and complex sentence structure, which is not only an informative text but also an operational text. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, in order to solve the translation difficulties, translators adopt some appropriate translation methods, such as addition, subtraction, conversion, splitting and recombination, with the aim of submitting a complete and accurate translation. In order to domestic readers to play a reference role. At the same time, the translator hopes to accumulate experience through this practical opportunity to further improve his translation ability.
