【摘要】：招投標(biāo)活動(dòng)作為貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),一直以來都是國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)開展項(xiàng)目合作的重要途徑,也是貨物、工程和服務(wù)等采購(gòu)過程中必不可少的步驟。招標(biāo)文件則作為具有法律效力的文本,旨在對(duì)招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的細(xì)節(jié)做出明確要求,并規(guī)定招標(biāo)投標(biāo)雙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。本次翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告基于《機(jī)電測(cè)試服務(wù)招標(biāo)文件》的翻譯項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,旨在功能派翻譯理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)此次翻譯項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)階段進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思。筆者選取了在翻譯過程中給筆者造成困難的一些詞匯、句子及筆者所采取的應(yīng)對(duì)措施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的案例分析,希望為此領(lǐng)域的翻譯積累一些經(jīng)驗(yàn),為此領(lǐng)域的同行提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:As a key link of trade activities, bidding activities have always been an important way for domestic and foreign enterprises to carry out project cooperation, and also an indispensable step in the procurement process of goods, construction and services. As a legal text, the tender document is designed to make a clear request for the details of the bidding project, and to stipulate the rights and obligations of the bidding and bidding parties. This translation practice report is based on the translation project practice of "bidding document for mechatronic test services", which aims to summarize and reflect on the various stages of the translation project under the guidance of functional translation theory. The author selects some words, sentences and the countermeasures taken by the author to make a detailed case study, hoping to accumulate some experience in this field and provide some references for his colleagues in this field.
